Rescuers, who arrived at the scene in a few minutes, began evacuating people and extinguishing the fire. As a result of the missile hit, two sections of the residential complex were damaged, more than 400 square meters of supporting structures on four floors were destroyed, 30 apartments were completely destroyed, and 62 suffered varying degrees of damage.

Рятувальники, які прибули на місце події за кілька хвилин, розпочали евакуацію людей та гасіння пожежі. Результатом влучання ракети було пошкодження двох секцій ЖК, зруйновано більше 400 квадратних метрів опорних конструкцій на чотирьох поверхах, 30 квартир повністю знищено, а 62 отримали руйнування різного ступеня.

Але Будинок Рад навпаки став осередком імперського ресентименту, соціального популізму та червоно-коричневого опору президентству Єльцина. І демократ-Єльцин наказав розстріляти Білий дім танками, залишивши нову Росію без Верховної Ради та без символу.
