That was the last time they were seen. On April 16, they were spotted by pro-Russian militants. The next day, Yuriy was taken prisoner.

On April 19, 2014, the bodies of Volodymyr Rybak and 19-year-old Yuriy Popravka were found in the Kazennyi Torets River with signs of torture.

Former advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Stanislav Rechynskyi said: "There are numerous signs of torture on these bodies. Their stomachs were cut open, backpacks with sand were attached to their backs and they were thrown into the water while still alive."

On February 20, 2015, Volodymyr and Yuriy were awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine and posthumously decorated with the Order of the Golden Star for their courage, patriotism and selfless service to the Ukrainian people.

Колишній радник міністра МВС Станіслав Речинський повідомив: "На цих тілах численні сліди тортур. Їм за життя розпороли животи, прикріпили на спину рюкзаки з піском та кинули в воду ще живими”.

20 лютого 2015 року Володимиру та Юрію присвоїли звання Героя України та посмертно нагородили орденом “Золота Зірка” за мужність, патріотизм та самовіддане служіння українському народу.

"We can consider many methods and techniques to compensate educational losses. But we have a reform of NUSH (the new Ukrainian school), and we have declared in legislation that we will move to a 12-year profile system of education in 2027. So I am personally convinced that we have a unique chance to move to a 12-year system of education earlier, as early as 2024," Gurak said.

Через збільшення кількості автоперевезень на під’їзді до пункту пропуску «Рава-Руська – Гребенне» утворюються черги з великовагового автотранспорту до 20 кілометрів. Щодня дорогою М-09 на ділянці від Львова до Рави-Руської курсують близько 19 тисяч автомобілів.

Щоб розвантажити цей шлях та відвести трафік великогабаритного транспорту від населених пунктів, адже це не лише питання комфорту, йдеться про безпеку для учасників дорожнього руху, вирішили збудувати автошлях в обхід Рави-Руської.

Сьогодні Львівська ОВА, Служба відновлення та розвитку інфраструктури у Львівській області і Рава-Руська міська рада підписали меморандум про взаємодію та співробітництво.

Документ передбачає, що:

📌 Львівська ОВА співфінансуватиме 50% від необхідної суми на виготовлення проєктної документації у майбутньому договорі.

📌 Рава-Руська міська рада виступить замовником робіт з виготовлення проєкту та співфінансуватиме решту 50%.

📌 Служба відновлення та розвитку інфраструктури у Львівській області зобов’язалася надати іншим сторонам необхідну інформацію для виготовлення проєктної документації та отримати проєктну документацію на будівництво разом із проєктами землеустрою для оформлення права на земельні ділянки, які знадобляться для будівництва, в тому числі шляхом їхнього викупу.

❗️Європейський банк реконструкції та розвитку (ЄБРР) планує надати фінансування для капітального ремонту дороги М-09 на ділянці Львів – Рава-Руська з будівництвом об’їзної дороги.

Окупант блокує морські перевезення, тому основне навантаження йде на автошляхи. Наше завдання зараз – спільно подбати про те, щоб вони були максимально проїзними та безпечними. Працюємо над цим як з усіма профільними службами у нашій державі, так і з закордонними партнерами.

The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Garrison Church of Ss. Peter and Paul in Lviv (11 Teatralna St.), at 11:30 a city farewell ceremony will be held on Rynok Square. Volodymyr Hryvnak will be buried at Lychakiv Cemetery.

🕯 Володимир Гривнак (14.07.1984-15.04.2023). Із перших днів повномасштабного вторгнення росії добровільно став на захист України до лав 125-ї окремої бригади територіальної оборони. Боровся із окупантами у «гарячих» точках. Незважаючи на отримане поранення, повернувся на фронт.

Чин похорону розпочнеться об 11:00 у Гарнізонному храмі свв. апп. Петра і Павла у Львові (вул. Театральна, 11), об 11:30 відбудеться міська церемонія прощання на площі Ринок. Поховають Володимира Гривнака на Личаківському кладовищі.
