SBU investigators have served her a notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the sending, movement of weapons, armaments and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, movement or deployment of the Armed Forces or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine).

Наразі слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили їй про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 114-2 Кримінального кодексу України (несанкціоноване поширення інформації про направлення, переміщення зброї, озброєння та бойових припасів в Україну, рух, переміщення або розміщення ЗСУ чи інших утворених відповідно до законів України військових формувань).

Зловмисниці обрано запобіжний захід – тримання під вартою. Триває розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин злочину.

Розслідування проводили співробітники СБУ в Одеській області за процесуального керівництва прокуратури.

Як вказано у вироку суду за 31 березня 2023 року, вбивство трапилось вночі 14 вересня 2021 року поруч із мікрорайоном Рясне. Львів’янин повертався додому близько 22:00 13 вересня та побачив у альтанці поруч із будинком №318 на вул. Шевченка свого знайомого, який відпочивав із друзями та запросив його до них приєднатись.

У суді обвинувачений розповів, що один з чоловіків провокував його на конфлікт, уже після опівночі між ними почалась штовханина, під час якої обвинувачений кілька разів вдарив потерпілого, який втратив рівновагу та впав. Чоловік був у стані сильного алкогольного сп’яніння (3,67 проміле), він впав на кам’янисту поверхню і від отриманих травм помер.

Поліція повідомляла, що загиблому було 38 років, а конфлікт у нього виник із 21-річним львів’янином.

У суді обвинувачений визнав свою провину у вбивстві з необережності.

Через місяць після народження виписані до Чернігівського реабілітаційного центру «Відродження», а потім додому, коли визволили від окупантів їх рідне місто.

"A brave warrior, a true patriot, a wonderful father, husband and friend. He will remain in the memory of all who knew him. Eternal memory to the hero! Respect and low bow to the family!" the Kulykivka village council said.

Viktor was buried in the village of Kulykivka, Chernihiv region.

The Russian Ministry of Defense did not disclose information about disability and survivor pensions for 2022 - this data could have helped assess the scale of Russian army losses in Ukraine. "Important Stories" tried to estimate these losses on the basis of data from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the Federal Register of the Disabled.

According to the PFR, as of January 1, 2023, 1,430,000 people were receiving survivors' pensions, a significant increase over previous years. The sharp increase in the number of recipients may be connected with the consequences of the full-scale war: relatives of fallen mercenaries and volunteers, who were not entitled to pensions from the Defense Ministry, were drawing survivor pensions from the Russian Pension Fund.

According to the estimates of "Important Stories" alone, we are talking about at least 8 thousand dead volunteers and mercenaries. Their real number could be much higher.

From the data of the Federal Register of the Disabled, "Important Stories" learned that more than 3,000 people in Russia have received disability for military trauma. This is only those people who went through all the bureaucratic procedures and received a disability.

Потери РФ среди добровольцев и ЧВК могли превысить 8 тысяч человек

Минобороны РФ не раскрыло сведения о пенсиях по инвалидности и потере кормильца за 2022 год — эти данные могли бы помочь оценить масштабы потерь российской армии в Украине. «Важные истории» попытались оценить эти потери на основе данных Пенсионного фонда РФ и Федерального реестра инвалидов.

По данным ПФР, на 1 января 2023 года пенсию по потере кормильца получали 1 430 000 человек — это значительно больше, чем в предыдущие годы. Резкий рост числа получателей может быть связан с последствиями полномасштабной войны: родные погибших наемников и добровольцев, которым не положены пенсии от Минобороны, оформляли пенсии по потере кормильца от Пенсионного фонда России.

Только по оценкам «Важных историй», речь идет минимум о 8 тысячах погибших добровольцах и наемниках. Их реальное количество может быть значительно больше.

Из данных Федерального реестра инвалидов «Важные истории» узнали, что более 3 тысяч человек в России получили инвалидность за военную травму. Это только те люди, кто прошел все бюрократические процедуры и получил инвалидность.
