"I spent two weeks in captivity - electric shock, broken ribs, punctured chest, broken knee. In general, they had a lot of fun with me. They kept captured TRO fighters, policemen, former ATO fighters and anyone else who was brought here on denunciations," Mykhailo said.

While in her "position", the collaborator collected personal data of citizens, which she passed on to the Russian occupiers. She forced pensioners and beneficiaries to transfer their social benefits to "Russian jurisdiction".

After the release of Lyman, the defendant tried to hide from justice and even returned to her previous job at Ukrposhta.

However, she failed to realize her "plans". SBU officers established the facts of collaboration of the enemy's accomplice and detained her.

Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served the suspect a notice of suspicion under Part 5 Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaboration).

The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Region Prosecutor's Office.

Based on the collected evidence, SBU investigators served the offender a notice of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ Part 1, Article 109 (actions aimed at the violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power);
▪️ part 1 of Article 332-2 (illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine with the aim of harming the interests of the state).

The defendant is currently in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk.

However, SBU officers are aware of his movements and are taking comprehensive measures to bring him to justice.

The investigation was conducted by SBU officers and investigators under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

СБУ повідомила про підозру очільнику «мінтранспорту» окупованої частини Херсонщини, який причетний до депортації українських дітей в рф

Служба безпеки системно викриває і документує злочини керівників окупаційних органів у тимчасово захоплених районах півня та сходу України.

У результаті слідчо-оперативних дій повідомлено про підозру так званому «міністру транспорту Херсонської області рф».

Зловмисником є громадянин рф, який у травні минулого року отримав «призначення» до окупаційного органу у захопленій частині регіону.

На цій «посаді» він виконував завдання москви щодо перелаштування місцевої транспортної системи під забезпечення потреб військових угруповань країни-агресора на південному фронті.

Крім цього, він є одним із організаторів депортації українських дітей з окупованої частини Херсонщини до росії під виглядом поїздок до дитячих таборів.

Також під його керівництвом загарбники тоннами вивозили морськими суховантажами українське зерно до рф.

На підставі зібраної доказової бази слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили зловмиснику про підозру за двома статтями Кримінального кодексу України:
▪️ ч. 1 ст. 109 (дії, спрямовані на насильницьку зміну чи повалення конституційного ладу або на захоплення державної влади);
▪️ ч. 1 ст. 332-2 (незаконне перетинання державного кордону України з метою заподіяння шкоди інтересам держави).

Наразі фігурант перебуває у тимчасово окупованому Скадовську.

Втім співробітники СБУ знають про місця його переміщення та проводять комплексні заходи для притягнення до відповідальності.

Розслідування проводили співробітники і слідчі СБУ за процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора.
