He had already looked the war in the face and knew where he was going. When his mother, who had already lost one child and was very worried about her only son, begged him not to leave, he replied: "If not me, then who?" He was real and courageous! We miss him very much. Posthumously, soldier Garbuzka was awarded the Order for Courage, III class.

У перший же день повномасштабного вторгнення без вагань пішов захищати рідну землю. Він вже дивився війні в обличчя і знав, куди йшов. На благання не йти від матері, яка вже втратила одну дитину і дуже переживала за єдиного сина, він відповів: «Якщо не я, то хто?!» Він був справжнім та мужнім! Нам дуже його не вистачає. Ми завжди тебе любимо і пам’ятаємо! Наш Герой!» – розповіла двоюрідна сестра загиблого Валентина.

Посмертно солдат Гарбуза нагороджений орденом «За мужність» ІІІ ступеня.

Поховали захисника в рідному селі.

Вдома на Павла чекали батьки.

He is referring to China's "peace plan" to end the war in Ukraine, which was announced on February 24. The lieutenant general explained that Moscow is interested in this initiative of Beijing, so a massive shelling of Ukraine on that day would look strange.

On the other hand, the expert noted, China is in charge of military-political, strategic and geopolitical approaches to helping Russia, so it can impose its own conditions on it.

This was the case, for example, with the 2022 Olympics in Beijing on the eve of a full-scale invasion. Romanenko clarified that Beijing warned Moscow that the Games should be held in peace.
As a reminder, the South warned that Russia could wait until February 23-24 and launch a missile strike when everyone would exhale.

The enemy is capable of provocations even after the anniversary of the invasion: it is looking for new tactics and monitoring Ukraine's reaction to its provocations.

Так було, наприклад, з Олімпіадою-2022 в Пекіні напередодні повномасштабного вторгнення. Романенко уточнив, що тоді Пекін попередив Москву, що Ігри мають відбутися спокійно.

A "white" ticket means a "category" of a citizen's suitability for service and mobilization depending on the type and degree of a person's illness.

The Military Medical Commission determines fitness for service and mobilization according to the type and degree of illness.

The Military Medical Commission determines the following categories of restricted service:

▫️Обмежено fit for military service;
▫️Непридатний fit for military service in peacetime, limitedly fit for military service in wartime;
▫️Непридатний for military service with exclusion from military registration.

Under martial law, persons "restrictedly fit for military service" and "unfit for military service in peacetime, restrictedly fit for military service in wartime" may serve and be called up during mobilization, and serve in the rear.

Peculiarities of the health status of persons with limited fitness are taken into account during conscription. The military medical commission indicates which types of service and work are contraindicated for the recruit according to age, specialty, and illness.

Is it possible to cross the border of Ukraine with limited fitness?

Under martial law, all citizens of Ukraine can travel abroad, except for male citizens aged 18 to 60. The exceptions include men who have:

▪️посвідчення about the postponement of conscription and a notification of enrollment in a special military registration,
▪️висновок of the military medical commission on unfitness.

In other words, only citizens with a military ID card stating that they are unfit for military service and are excluded from military registration can travel abroad.

Those who are limitedly fit in wartime cannot leave Ukraine. The ban does not apply to entry; it is possible to enter the territory of Ukraine.

▪️посвідчення про відстрочку від призову та повідомлення про зарахування на спеціальний військовий облік,
▪️висновок військово-лікарської комісії про непридатність.

Тобто виїхати за кордон можуть лише громадяни з військовим квитком, в якому визначена  непридатність до військової служби з виключенням з військового обліку.

Обмежено придатні у воєнний час не можуть виїхати за межі України. Заборона не стосується в'їзду, в'їхати на територію України можна.
