bypass REBs and transmit the most accurate information to the artillerymen before hitting the target.

According to analysts, during his speech yesterday, the Russian president once again emphasized several old rhetorical lines that he had repeatedly raised before. At the same time, he did not mention any specific goals or intentions in the war against Ukraine.

"Putin could have used this event to formulate new goals and means of achieving them, such as announcing another formal wave of partial mobilization, calling the 'special operation' a war, or taking additional steps to mobilize the Russian military-industrial complex. Instead, he said very little of substance," analysts believe.

According to ISW experts, the only point that deserved attention was the Kremlin leader's statement about the suspension of Russia's participation in the INF Treaty.

"Putin made this statement in order to reintroduce nuclear rhetoric into the information space and thus divert attention from the meaninglessness of the rest of his speech," the Institute's report says.

На думку аналітиків, під час своєї вчорашньої промови президент рф вкотре зробив акцент на кількох давніх риторичних лініях, які не раз порушував раніше. При цьому, практично жодних конкретних цілей чи намірів у війні проти України він не назвав.

"путін міг би використати цю подію, щоб сформулювати нові цілі та засоби їх досягнення, наприклад, оголосити ще одну формальну хвилю часткової мобілізації, назвати "спецоперацію" війною або вжити додаткових кроків щодо мобілізації російського оборонно-промислового комплексу. Натомість він сказав дуже мало по суті", — вважають аналітики.

На думку експертів ISW, єдиним моментом, який заслуговував уваги, було висловлювання очільника Кремля про призупинення участі рф у ДСНО.

"путін зробив цю заяву для того, щоб знову ввести ядерну риторику в інформаційний простір і тим самим відвернути увагу від беззмістовності решту свого виступу", — сказано у звіті Інституту.
