Then he was transferred to the eastern front to storm the combat positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

After his detention, the mercenary provided the SBU with evidence of war crimes committed by Russian occupation groups and the identities of the persons involved in their commission.

He also spoke about torture, deprivation of financial support and murder in the ranks of the Wagner PMC for failure to comply with criminal orders.

Based on the collected evidence, SBU investigators served the militant a notice of suspicion under Part 4 Article 447 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (participation of a mercenary in an armed conflict, military or violent acts).

He is currently in custody.

The offender faces up to 10 years in prison.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Region Prosecutor's Office.
