The chief accountant and former director of the joint-stock company were served a notice of suspicion over the incident.

To compensate for the damage caused to Ukraine, law enforcement officers informed the current management of the company.

In 2014, the founders of the commercial structure transferred part of its assets to the government-controlled territory of Donetsk region, and after the full-scale invasion - to Dnipropetrovs'k region.

The rest of the business has remained in the temporarily occupied territory of eastern Ukraine all this time.

At the same time, the owner of the company set up food sales there and transferred the profits to the local occupation administration.

Products were supplied through affiliated commercial entities located in the occupied areas.

During searches at the company's warehouse and office premises in Dnipro region, as well as at the suspects' residences, the SBU found the goods:

При цьому власник компанії налагодив там збут продовольства і перерахування одержаних прибутків на користь місцевої окупаційної адміністрації.

Постачання продукції здійснювали через афілійовані комерційні структури, які перебували у захоплених районах.

Під час обшуків за адресами складських та офісних приміщень компанії на Дніпропетровщині, а також у помешканнях фігурантів виявлено:

▪️ фінансово-господарську документацію;
▪️ чорнові записи;
▪️ комп’ютерну техніку із доказами незаконної діяльності.
