Внаслідок бойового застосування в якості мотострілецьких підрозділів, вони зазнають значних втрат в особовому складі. Серед них – великий відсоток тих, хто має досвід висадки та ведення бойових дій на необладнаному узбережжі. А доукомплектування здійснюється за рахунок військовослужбовців екіпажів кораблів флотів (флотилій), які перед відправкою до зони бойових дій проходять лише базову підготовку протягом двох тижнів. Это решение поддержали 13 государств. Россия высказалась против, а Китай воздержался.

Свой голос против представитель России Василий Небензя объяснил тем, что российская делегация «поддерживает только очное участие украинского президента в заседании Совбеза».

Independence has a voice. It is the voice of our ancestors. They died in battles, in gulags, they were starving and they were tearing up the roads of the empire with their bones. This is the cry of mothers who are carrying their children. The voice of those in peaceful towns and villages begging for help under the fences of their destroyed villages. The voice of our children, who did not choose the time and place of their birth, but who happened to live during the great war.

Independence is possible only when there are people ready to fight for it.
Thank you, defenders and protectors of Ukraine! It is an honor to serve together with you.

Як можна відчути незалежність?
Ті, хто за неї воюють, знають її смак. Це смак землі, що вʼїдається в шкіру. Смак крові і смерті, якою пронизане повітря. Солоний смак сліз.

Незалежність - це відповідальність, що лежить на твоїх плечах. Ти ведеш у бій і знаєш, що з нього повернуться не всі. І живі, і полеглі залишаються з тобою назавжди. На совісті. І в памʼяті.

Незалежність має голос. Це голос предків. Вони гинули в боях, в ГУЛАГах, пухли від голоду і кістьми вимощували дороги імперій. Це крик матерів, які ховають своїх дітей. Голос тих, хто в мирних містах і селах просить про допомогу під уламками своїх зруйнованих осель. Голос наших дітей, які не обирали час і місце народження, але яким довелося жити в часи великої війни.

Незалежність можлива тільки тоді, коли є люди, готові за неї боротися.
Дякую вам, захисники і захисниці України! Маю за честь служити разом з вами.
Вічна памʼять полеглим героям!
