At the moment, the Skolivskyi District Court approved the request for seizure of these items of immovable property initiated by the SBU.

The procedure for transferring the seized assets to the National Agency for Detection, Disposal and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) is ongoing.

The detentions were carried out by officers of the Security Service of Ukraine in Lviv region under the supervision of the head of the Stryjskiy District Prosecutor's Office.

Згодом підприємці, з метою заволодіти активами «на законних підставах», внесли завідомо недостовірні відомості в офіційні документи, розбили земельний наділ на 3 окремі ділянки та оформили їх як власність компанії.

На захопленій таким чином землі, розташованій у туристично привабливому регіоні Стрийщини зловмисники розпочали будівництво об’єктів туристичної інфраструктури.

У ході слідчо-оперативних дій встановлено, що кінцевим бенефіціаром вищезгаданої компанії є Оксана Марченко, внесена до санкційних списків РНБО.

Наразі Сколівський районний суд задовільнив ініційований СБУ позов щодо арешту цих об’єктів нерухомого майна.

Триває процедура передачі арештованих активів в управління Національному агентству з питань виявлення, розшуку та управління активами, одержаними від корупційних та інших злочинів (АРМА).

Заходи з викриття проводили співробітники Управління СБУ у Львівській області за процесуального керівництва Стрийської окружної прокуратури.

At the same time, the greatest help in a critical situation is peace of mind and analysis of the existing situation - the head of ZOVA told that in case of an accident at a nuclear power plant it is necessary to carefully follow the information and follow the instructions.

- The regional military administration is often involved in the evacuation of people. Our experience in evacuating displaced people from hot spots has taught us how to make this process fast and organized. We have contact with the heads of RVA territorial communities, so in case of emergency we will be ready," said Oleksandr Starukh.

В першу чергу обговорили питання поширенням COVID-19 на території Запорізької області. Так, на основі зроблених тестів на захворювання коронавірусом вдалось визначити, що кількість випадків збільшилась майже на 25%. Саме тому було прийняте рішення продовжити карантин до 31 грудня 2022 року.

Окрім того, підготовлено два плани евакуації мирного населення у разі виникнення надзвичайної ситуації на АЕС: на мирний час та в умовах військової агресії. За підрахунками фахівців евакуації підлягають 69 населених пунктів області. Олександр Старух зауважив, що у громадах наявні усі засоби безпеки та лікарські препарати на випадок НС. Водночас з цим, найбільше у критичній ситуації допомагає спокій та аналіз наявної ситуації - очільник ЗОВА нагадав, що у разі аварії на атомній електростанції варто уважно відстежувати інформацію та виконувати настанови.

- Щоденно обласна військова адміністрація займається евакуацією людей. Досвід роботи з вивезенням переселенців із гарячих точок навчив нас як зробити цей процес швидким та організованим. Маємо контакт з головами РВА та територіальних громад, тому у разі виникнення надзвичайної ситуації ми будемо готові, - зазначив Олександр Старух.
