Yurii Rahulin is a former law enforcement officer who was recruited through his friend from Russia. In the spring of 2022, the traitor adjusted enemy fire on the border areas of Sumy region. According to his coordinates, the Russians fired artillery at the positions of Ukrainian troops defending the regional center.
