Based on the evidence collected by the SBU investigators, the court found both offenders guilty of crimes under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

▪️ part 2, Article 28, part 1, Article 114-1 (obstruction of the lawful activities of the AFU and other military formations during a special period committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy);
▪️ part 2 of Article 28, part 2 of Article 194-1 (intentional damage to electric power facilities committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy);
