In fact, this amount is part of the funds that the contractor unjustifiably received from the budget for the supply of goods to educational institutions.

One of the contractors supplied television and audiovisual equipment worth more than UAH 4.2 million to educational institutions. However, the multimedia equipment did not meet the technical requirements.

The entrepreneur also failed to install and configure the equipment as required by the contract. As a result, the contractor unjustifiably received UAH 1.3 million from the budget.
