The defendants offered the finished products to potential conscripts who tried to evade mobilization. The cost of forgery ranged from 500 to 5 thousand US dollars, depending on the type of "document".

According to preliminary data, the average monthly "profit" of the defendants was up to UAH 3 million.

The investigation established that the criminal group was organized by a resident of Vinnytsia region. He involved 3 of his acquaintances from Kryvyi Rih, Ivano-Frankivsk and Cherkasy in the illegal activity. One of the offenders had a previous conviction for forgery.

They purchased all the necessary office equipment, including printers for printing on plastic cards, for the serial production of fakes.

The defendants sent the finished products to customers via postal services, and accepted payments on crypto wallets and bank cards.

To find customers, the offenders used personal connections and offered "printing services" in specially created Telegram channels.

During the searches of the detainees' residences, the SBU found forged documents, seal and stamp imprints, mobile phones, computers and draft records with evidence of the crimes.

Currently, all 4 suspects were served a notice of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

◾ Art. 1, 2 of Art. 199 (manufacture, storage, purchase, transportation, transfer of holographic security elements committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons);

The Security Service of Ukraine detained two Russian agents who were adjusting Russian missile and drone strikes in the southern regions of Ukraine.

In order to spy on more targets simultaneously, the traitor involved his friend, a 15-year-old resident of Voznesensk, Mykolaiv region, in subversive activities.

According to the investigation, the suspects walked around the area of both southern regions on foot and covertly recorded the locations of the Defense Forces on their phones.

After the reconnaissance raids, the "senior" agent marked the coordinates of potential targets on Google maps and sent them to his Russian supervisor via messenger.

SBU officers documented this and detained the suspect from Odesa region on an attempt to pass intelligence to the enemy.

At the scene, the SBU seized his cell phone, which he used to communicate with the Russian special service.

The SBU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).
