The resident involved his acquaintances in working for the enemy: a Kharkiv resident who left the military unit after mobilization and had previously worked for Ukrzaliznytsia for 10 years and an international road transport driver. The deserter's task was to track the movement of military echelons of the Armed Forces, and the driver's task was to leak the coordinates of checkpoints and units of the Defense Forces under the guise of business trips.

In addition, it was established that the brother and mother of the defendant were involved in the activities of the agent group.

The SBU investigators served to two detainees and two relatives of the head of the enemy cell a notice of suspicion in connection with the crimes committed under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

▪ Art. 436-2, paras. 1, 3 Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition of the legitimacy, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The detainees are in custody. The issue of serving a notice of suspicion to the third member of the group - an international flight driver who is hiding abroad - is being settled. The offenders face 8 years in prison to life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
