According to the investigation, he was collecting information for Russia on the locations and movements of the Defense Forces units in the territory of the Vovchansk community.

First of all, he was interested in the geolocation of fortifications and fortified areas that ensure the defense of the regional center from the northeast.

The occupiers needed the intelligence to conduct rocket and bomb and artillery attacks on the positions of Ukrainian defenders.

SBU officers detained a Russian agent as a result of a special operation in the region in November 2023.

Based on SBU materials, the court sentenced the offender to 15 years in prison.

According to the investigation, the convict is a 42-year-old resident of Vovchansk who was recruited by the Russian special service during the occupation of the community.

Then the occupiers put him in "standby" mode, and in July 2023, they assigned him the first tasks.

To fulfill them, he traveled around the district by public transport and secretly recorded the locations of possible deployment of Ukrainian troops.

He "reported" the information he received to the FSB using an anonymous chat in a messenger.

Based on the evidence collected, the court found the offender guilty under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

The investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Kharkiv region under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Для їх виконання він об’їжджав територію району на громадському транспорті і приховано фіксував місця можливої дислокації українських військ.

Про отримані відомості «звітував» до фсб, використовуючи анонімний чат у месенджері.

На підставі зібраних доказів суд визнав зловмисника винним за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану).

Розслідування проводили співробітники СБУ в Харківській області за процесуального керівництва обласної прокуратури.

Russian troops have densely planted mines, tripwires, unexploded ordnance and other dangerous hardware in Kherson region. In the cleared area alone, sappers have found and destroyed almost 170,000 explosive devices.

And this work continues. According to forecasts, it will take at least two years to completely clear the right bank.

As a result of the meeting, it was instructed to facilitate the provision of comprehensive assistance, including municipal equipment, to the demining specialists.

І ця робота продовжується. За прогнозами, на повне розмінування правобережжя знадобиться щонайменше два роки. 

За результатами наради, доручено сприяти в наданні всебічної допомоги, в тому числі комунальної техніки, фахівцям, котрі займаються розмінуванням.

It has been documented that in early 2023, it was at their direction that the occupiers shelled a local hospital.

In January of the same year, SBU officers detained both enemy fire adjusters.

Based on the SBU materials, the court sentenced both offenders to 15 years in prison.

The investigation established that the convicts are a husband and wife from Kherson, who lived in a civil marriage.

In early January 2023, they came to the attention of the aggressor when they responded to an FSB "offer" in one of the Russian telegram channels.

After remote recruitment, the Russian secret service set a task for its agents: to collect information on the location of the Defense Forces units.

The aggressor was also interested in possible places for inpatient treatment of wounded Ukrainian soldiers.

The suspects used a messenger to transmit intelligence and received money on their bank cards.

Based on the SBU investigation, the court found the male agent guilty under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law) and his wife guilty under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding and abetting in high treason under martial law).

Завдяки доказовій базі Служби безпеки реальний термін ув’язнення отримали ще двоє агентів фсб, які діяли у Херсоні.

Зловмисники коригували ракетні удари росії по військовій та медичній інфраструктурі обласного центру.

Задокументовано, що на початку 2023 року саме за їх наведенням окупанти обстріляли місцеву лікарню.

У січні того ж року співробітники СБУ затримали обох коригувальників ворожого вогню.

За матеріалами Служби безпеки суд призначив обом зловмисникам 15 років тюрми.

Як встановило розслідування, засудженими є чоловік та дружина із Херсона, які проживали у цивільному шлюбі.

На початку січня 2023 року вони потрапили у поле зору агресора, коли відгукнулися на «пропозицію» фсб в одному з російських телеграм-каналів.

Після дистанційного вербування російська спецслужба визначила завдання для своїх агентів: збирати інформацію про розташування підрозділів Сил оборони.

Також агресора цікавили можливі місця стаціонарного лікування поранених українських воїнів.

Для передачі розвідданих фігуранти використовували месенджер і за це отримували гроші на власні банківські картки.

На підставі матеріалів розслідування Служби безпеки суд визнав агента-чоловіка винним за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зраза, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану), а його дружину за ч. 5 ст. 27, ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (пособництво у вчиненні державної зради в умовах воєнного стану).

⏺9 residents, including 2 children, were evacuated from the de-occupied territories of Kherson region by road.

⏺ Humanitarian aid continues to be distributed to residents of Kherson region. Yesterday, residents of the liberated territories received 1385 food packages, 1500 loaves of bread, 250 hot meals and 12540 liters of drinking water from international NGOs, philanthropists and volunteers. People also received 38 repair kits, 20 sets of seeds and 450 LED light bulbs.

⏺As a result of an agreement between Kherson Regional State Administration and a bus carrier, an evening bus service will be launched on the Kherson-Muzykivka bus route on April 29.

The criminals corrected Russian missile strikes on the military and medical infrastructure of the regional center.

It has been documented that in early 2023, it was at their direction that the occupiers shelled a local hospital.

In January of the same year, SBU officers detained both enemy fire adjusters.

Based on the SBU materials, the court sentenced both offenders to 15 years in prison.

The investigation established that the convicts are a husband and wife from Kherson, who lived in a civil marriage.

In early January 2023, they came to the attention of the aggressor when they responded to an FSB "offer" in one of the Russian telegram channels.

After remote recruitment, the Russian secret service set a task for its agents: to collect information on the location of the Defense Forces units.

The aggressor was also interested in possible places for inpatient treatment of wounded Ukrainian soldiers.

The suspects used a messenger to transmit intelligence and received money on their bank cards.

Based on the SBU investigation, the court found the male agent guilty under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law) and his wife guilty under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding and abetting in high treason under martial law).

The investigation was conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

За матеріалами СБУ 15 років тюрми отримало подружжя агентів фсб, яке скоригувало ракети рф на лікарню в Херсоні

Завдяки доказовій базі Служби безпеки реальний термін ув’язнення отримали ще двоє агентів фсб, які діяли у Херсоні.

Зловмисники коригували ракетні удари росії по військовій та медичній інфраструктурі обласного центру.

Задокументовано, що на початку 2023 року саме за їх наведенням окупанти обстріляли місцеву лікарню.

У січні того ж року співробітники СБУ затримали обох коригувальників ворожого вогню.

За матеріалами Служби безпеки суд призначив обом зловмисникам 15 років тюрми.

Як встановило розслідування, засудженими є чоловік та дружина із Херсона, які проживали у цивільному шлюбі.

На початку січня 2023 року вони потрапили у поле зору агресора, коли відгукнулися на «пропозицію» фсб в одному з російських телеграм-каналів.

Після дистанційного вербування російська спецслужба визначила завдання для своїх агентів: збирати інформацію про розташування підрозділів Сил оборони.

Також агресора цікавили можливі місця стаціонарного лікування поранених українських воїнів.

Для передачі розвідданих фігуранти використовували месенджер і за це отримували гроші на власні банківські картки.

На підставі матеріалів розслідування Служби безпеки суд визнав агента-чоловіка винним за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зраза, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану), а його дружину за ч. 5 ст. 27, ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (пособництво у вчиненні державної зради в умовах воєнного стану).

Слідчі дії проводили за процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора.
