Since the defendants are in the territory of Russia, comprehensive measures are being taken to bring them to justice for crimes against our country.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки заочно повідомили Пошиваю, Джіоєву та Сафонічеву про підозру за ч. 5 ст. 27, ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 2 ст. 437 Кримінального кодексу України (пособництво у веденні агресивної війни, вчинене за попередньою змовою групою осіб).

Оскільки фігуранти перебувають на території рф, тривають комплексні заходи для притягнення їх до відповідальності за злочини проти нашої держави.
