The Security Service of Ukraine has collected evidence and submitted to the court materials on five more traitors who fought against the Defense Forces in eastern Ukraine.
At the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, they lived in the temporarily occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
From there, they voluntarily "mobilized" to the occupation groups of the Southern Military District of the aggressor country.
In the ranks of Russian troops, the defendants stormed Ukrainian cities on the eastern front and built fortifications, including the so-called "dragon's teeth."
In February of this year, the perpetrators were captured by Ukrainian defenders during fierce fighting in the areas of Avdiivka, Maryinka and Bakhmut.
Among those detained by the SBU military counterintelligence is a sniper of an enemy unit who fired at the positions of the Defense Forces in Sievierodonetsk in June 2022 and later fought in Donetsk region.
Another militant - at first he was an evacuation unit medic of the occupiers' medical platoon, but soon took "courses" on the tactics of warfare in urban areas.
After that, the traitor was appointed commander of an assault unit and deployed near the village of Bilohorivka in the Kramatorsk sector.
The other three detainees took part in the "meaty" assaults on Avdiivka and Maryinka, as well as the capture of Rubizhne in Luhansk region.
SBU investigators have now served the suspects notices of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ chs. 1, 2 Art. 111 (high treason committed under martial law);
▪️ ч. 7 Art. 111-1 (collaboration).
The perpetrators face life imprisonment.
The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Region Prosecutor's Office.

Ще один бойовик – спочатку був санітаром евакуаційного підрозділу медичного взводу окупантів, але невдовзі пройшов «курси» з тактики ведення бойових дій в умовах міської забудови.
Після цього зрадника призначили командиром штурмового відділення та перекинули під селище Білогорівка на Краматорському напрямку.
Інші троє затриманих – брали участь у «м’ясних» штурмах Авдіївки та Мар’їнки, а також захоплювали місто Рубіжне на Луганщині.
Наразі слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили фігурантам про підозру за двома статтями Кримінального кодексу України:
▪️ чч. 1, 2 ст. 111 (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану);
▪️ ч. 7 ст. 111-1 (колабораційна діяльність).
Зловмисникам загрожує довічне ув’язнення.
Комплексні заходи проводили співробітники СБУ в Донецькій та Луганській областях за процесуального керівництва Донецької обласної прокуратури.

The Security Service of Ukraine has collected evidence against three more Russian officials involved in the aggressive war against Ukraine.
These are:
▪️ Alexander Poshivay - Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation;
▪️ Zakhariy Dzhioev - Head of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport of Russia;
▪️ Serhiy Safonichev, head of the federal institution "Administration of the Sea Ports of the Azov Sea" of the aggressor country.
After the seizure of Berdiansk, they organized the use of the local commercial sea port for the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
According to the investigation, the defendants used civilian vessels of the port to transfer Russian troops to the temporarily occupied regions of southern Ukraine.
This became especially relevant for the Kremlin after the explosion on the Kerch Bridge, when the invaders' logistics routes and their supplies through the temporarily occupied peninsula were disrupted.
In addition, the defendants organized the construction of Russian fortifications and barriers on the territory of the Berdiansk port and its waters.
Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served Poshyvay, Dzhioyev and Safonichev suspicion notices in absentia under Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding and abetting in the conduct of aggressive war committed by a group of persons).
Since the defendants are in the territory of Russia, comprehensive measures are being taken to bring them to justice for crimes against our country.
The investigation was conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

Це стало особливо актуальним для кремля після вибуху на «Керченському мосту», коли було порушено логістичні шляхи загарбників та їхнє забезпечення через тимчасово окупований півострів.
Крім того фігуранти організували зведення на території Бердянського морпорту та його акваторії російських фортифікаційних споруд і загороджень.
На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки заочно повідомили Пошиваю, Джіоєву та Сафонічеву про підозру за ч. 5 ст. 27, ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 2 ст. 437 Кримінального кодексу України (пособництво у веденні агресивної війни, вчинене за попередньою змовою групою осіб).
Оскільки фігуранти перебувають на території рф, тривають комплексні заходи для притягнення їх до відповідальності за злочини проти нашої держави.
Розслідування проводили за процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора.

Senior Sergeant Oleksandr Snitko was killed on June 25, 2023, in a battle with the occupiers near the village of Yakovlivka, near Bakhmut, Donetsk region. The warrior was 43 years old forever.
Oleksandr Mykolaiovych was born in Bobrovytsia, Chernihiv region. He received his secondary education at a school in the village of Ozeryany. Then he did his military service. Before the invasion, he worked at the Brovary Aluminum Foundry. He was fond of fishing, traveling, hiking and trips to the countryside.
In March 2023, the man joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine and went to war. He served in the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa. He held the position of gunner of a mechanized unit. Together with his comrades-in-arms, he defended the eastern direction of the front.
"May our Hero's memory be eternal. We are grateful for the opportunity to live on this land and for defending our motherland Ukraine," said the deceased's wife, Olha.
The soldier was buried in the village of Druzhba in Chernihiv region.
At home, Oleksandr's mother, brother, wife and daughter were waiting for him.

Вдома на Олександра чекали мама, брат, дружина і донька.
