These changes will also allow the troops to receive new models of weapons and military equipment faster. Previously, for example, to ensure the warranty period (10 years for weapons), a new model of weapons and military equipment had to undergo accelerated climate tests for six months, and sometimes a year, to determine whether it would be operational for 10 years. After all, in many cases, the manufacturer clearly understands that there is no need to store this sample for 10 years, because it goes straight from the assembly line to the front. Therefore, these shelf life indicators do not affect the quality of the sample.

From now on, only 3 factors are important for the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense:

Адже в багатьох випадках виробник чітко розуміє, що немає жодної необхідності зберігати цей зразок протягом 10 років, бо він одразу з конвеєра йде на фронт. Отже, ці показники терміну зберігання ніяк не впливають на якість застосування зразка.

In the summer of 2022, he began reconstructing the Melitopol-Berdiansk highway at the plant's facilities. The occupiers use this highway to transfer personnel and military equipment across the region, as well as to Crimea and back.

The offender is currently hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied part of southern Ukraine. However, the SBU is aware of his whereabouts and is taking comprehensive measures to bring him to justice for crimes against our country.

The suspect is a local businessman, Ihor Skorobohatko, who, after the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia, supported the Russian invaders and offered them his "help" in the war against Ukraine.

Thanks to this, in October 2022, the defendant received a large-scale "contract" from the occupiers for the manufacture of more than 1,000 anti-tank barriers, known as "dragon's teeth."

Such pyramidal concrete obstacles are installed by the invaders along their own defense lines to deter the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the southern front.

Also, according to the investigation, Skorobohatko is a member of the close circle of Gauleiter Balytsky, who facilitated his appointment to the "position" of the head of the seized Melitopol Asphalt Concrete Plant.

In the summer of 2022, he began reconstructing the Melitopol-Berdiansk highway at the plant's facilities. The occupiers use this highway to transfer personnel and military equipment across the region, as well as to Crimea and back.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served a notice of suspicion to the offender under Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding the aggressor state).

Currently, the offender is hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied part of southern Ukraine. However, the SBU is aware of his whereabouts and is taking comprehensive measures to bring him to justice for crimes against our country.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Zaporizzhya region under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили фігуранту про підозру за ст. 111-2 Кримінального кодексу України (пособництво державі-агресору).

Наразі зловмисник переховується від правосуддя на тимчасово окупованій частині на півдні України. Однак, СБУ знає про його місця перебування та здійснює комплексні заходи для притягнення до відповідальності за злочини проти нашої держави.
