After that, comprehensive measures were taken to protect Ukrainian defenders in this area, and the Russian agent was detained on her attempt to pass new intelligence to the aggressor.

According to the investigation, the enemy accomplice was a resident of Toretsk, who was remotely recruited by the Russian special service earlier this year.

To engage the suspect in covert cooperation, the invaders used another traitor from the temporarily occupied part of the region. She turned out to be a friend of the Russian agent, a representative of the occupation "FSB department for the DNR".

Under her instructions, the woman was walking around the city and its surroundings on her own and secretly recording military facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

She wrote about the information she received in a messenger, and after sending the messages, she immediately deleted them from her phone.

Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

The offender is currently in custody. She faces life imprisonment.

The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Region Prosecutor's Office.

Для залучення фігурантки до негласної співпраці загарбники задіяли ще одну зрадницю з тимчасово окупованої частини регіону. Нею виявилась подруга російської агентки – представниця окупаційного «управління фсб по днр».

За її вказівками, жінка самостійно обходила територію міста та його околиці й приховано фіксувала військові об’єкти ЗСУ.

Про отриману інформацію писала «зв’язковій» у месенджер, а після відправки повідомлень – одразу видаляла їх з телефону.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили затриманій про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану).

Наразі зловмисниця перебуває під вартою. Їй загрожує довічне ув’язнення.

Контрдиверсійні заходи проводили співробітники СБУ у Донецькій та Луганській областях за процесуального керівництва Донецької обласної прокуратури.

The SBU detained red-handed another FSB agent who was adjusting Russian air attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces in Donetsk region.

Among the main targets of the enemy were the Armed Forces units involved in counteroffensive operations in the area of Bakhmut.

It was established that the offender handed over to the aggressor 8 locations of Ukrainian troops moving towards the front line.

However, the SBU officers exposed the offender at the initial stage of her criminal activity and thus timely informed the Armed Forces Command about potential threats.

After that, comprehensive measures were taken to protect Ukrainian defenders in this area, and the Russian agent was detained on her attempt to pass new intelligence to the aggressor.

According to the investigation, the enemy accomplice was a resident of Toretsk, who was remotely recruited by the Russian special service earlier this year.

To engage the suspect in covert cooperation, the invaders used another traitor from the temporarily occupied part of the region. She turned out to be a friend of the Russian agent, a representative of the occupation "FSB department for the DNR".

Under her instructions, the woman was walking around the city and its surroundings on her own and secretly recording military facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

She wrote about the information she received in a messenger, and after sending the messages, she immediately deleted them from her phone.

Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

The offender is currently in custody. She faces life imprisonment.

The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Region Prosecutor's Office.

Для залучення фігурантки до негласної співпраці загарбники задіяли ще одну зрадницю з тимчасово окупованої частини регіону. Нею виявилась подруга російської агентки – представниця окупаційного «управління фсб по днр».

За її вказівками, жінка самостійно обходила територію міста та його околиці й приховано фіксувала військові об’єкти ЗСУ.

Про отриману інформацію писала «зв’язковій» у месенджер, а після відправки повідомлень – одразу видаляла їх з телефону.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили затриманій про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану).

Наразі зловмисниця перебуває під вартою. Їй загрожує довічне ув’язнення.

Контрдиверсійні заходи проводили співробітники СБУ у Донецькій та Луганській областях за процесуального керівництва Донецької обласної прокуратури.

From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he and his comrades-in-arms defended the city and the Azovstal plant from the Russian invaders. He went through hellish battles and was eventually captured. Together with other defenders, he was taken to the village of Olenivka in Donetsk Oblast, where he was placed in a colony. On the night of July 29, 2022, the enemy carried out a terrorist attack in the barracks where Ukrainian soldiers were staying.

"We always considered him lucky, he had such a lucky energy. He was a very sunny person, first you would see his smile, and then you would see him. No one ever heard complaints or whining from him, there is no such positive person anymore..." said Vladyslava Kartsan, a relative of the deceased.

On June 8, 2023, the Hero was buried at the Yatsevo Cemetery in his native Chernihiv.

He is survived by his mother, two older sisters and a brother, his beloved girlfriend, other relatives, friends and comrades-in-arms.

«Ми завжди вважали його фартовим, від нього йшла така енергія фартова. Це була дуже сонячна людина, спочатку бачили його посмішку, а потім – його. Ніхто від нього ніколи не чув скарг чи ниття, такої позитивної людини більше немає…» – розповіла родичка загиблого Владислава Карцан.

8 червня 2023 року Героя поховали на кладовище «Яцево» у рідному Чернігові.

У нього залишилися мама, старші дві сестри і брат, кохана дівчина, інші рідні, друзі та побратими.
