🖌 Дорогу на південь від села Благодатне, що під Великою Новосілкою, після звільнення території від росіян назвали «дорогою смерті». Окупантам довелось швидко тікати звідти, альтернативними шляхами вони скористатись не могли, оскільки ті були всуціль заміновані ― тож тікали під кулями й снарядами ЗСУ. На тій дорозі лишились десятки російських трупів ― цінний актив для обміну на полеглих українців. Однак через близькість дороги до фронту працювати на ній тривалий час було надто небезпечно. Зрештою, у вересні група з трьох бійців ЗСУ почала витягати російські тіла ― компанію їм склала команда журналістів Reuters, які опублікували статтю про це.

Дорога на цьому шляху захаращена розбитою технікою, обабіч ― зруйновані чи пошкоджені будівлі. У пошуку мертвих окупантів українці орієнтуються на запах. Іноді, помітивши тіло, його спершу тягнуть із відстані канатом ― на випадок, якщо росіяни причепили до нього розтяжки чи підклали вибухівку.

За один день група українських бійців виявила й витягла тіла девʼятьох росіян. Їх поклали в кузов вантажівки й повезли на медичне дослідження. Ті росіяни, які вціліли після Благодатного, зосередились у селі Урожайне. Втім, нещодавно ЗСУ вибили їх і звідти. Тож невдовзі пошукова група бійців виконуватиме свої завдання з розшуку російських трупів на інших ділянках звільненої землі.
