Інший – у 2014 році пройшов «вишкіл» у військовому таборі на тимчасово окупованій Донеччині. Потім його призначили на посаду механіка-водія ворожого БТР та відправили воювати проти сил АТО.
Згодом він покинув своїх ватажків і приховано переїхав до Запоріжжя. Вже на початку повномасштабного вторгнення рф зловмисник відновив зв’язок з бойовиками та збирав для них розвідінформацію в області.
Зловмисника було затримано у результаті спецоперації СБУ на території регіону в березні цього року.

According to the new rules, the MECs will assess fitness for military service not only taking into account the general state of health, but also the specifics of the military specialty.
For example, if a machine gunner is injured and unable to perform his duties in this specialty, he may be transferred to another position, such as a driver, instead of being demobilized.

Зміни до Положення про військово-лікарську експертизу в ЗСУ Міноборони внесло наказом №490 від 18 серпня 2023 року. Зміни торкнулися методів оцінки придатності для військової служби, переліку медичних станів, а також розширили компетенції ВЛК.
Згідно з новими правилами, ВЛК оцінюватимуть придатність до військової служби не тільки з урахуванням загального стану здоров'я, а й з урахуванням специфіки військової спеціальності.
Наприклад, якщо кулеметник отримав поранення і не в змозі виконувати свої обов'язки за цією спеціальністю, його можуть перевести на іншу посаду, таку як водій, замість демобілізації.
