Другой участник "шоу" - адвокат Богдан Племянников, который, так же как Криворучко является фигурантом дисциплинарных дел за "прогулы" судебных заседаний и другие проявления неуважения к судьям. При этом он взялся представлять интересы самой Криворучко в дисциплинарных делах против нее.
Третий адвокат - Артем Донец, который также является фигурантом нескольких производств. На него в дисциплинарные органы жаловались уже сами коллеги, которых он называл "вшами и блохами, которых надо давить".
Донец позиционирует себя, как офицер ВСУ, хотя продолжает заниматься адвокатской деятельностью. Совмещать службу в армии и работу адвоката законом запрещено.

An attempt to use these tanks "from Italy" to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces failed due to the position of the Swiss government, which still does not want to sell any weapons and equipment to the "conflict zone" under the guise of a "neutrality policy." At the same time, the German government also has the right to issue export licenses for resale, so it is expected that the idea of selling the tanks stuck in Italy at the disposal of a Swiss concern to a "third country" will not meet with resistance this time.

Germany will also bear the costs of full repairs at Greek enterprises or in any other place chosen by the Greek government.

In addition, these armored vehicles will be equipped with modern thermal imagers used on Leopard 2. The tanks will also receive additional armor.

The only requirement from Germany is that the tanks be in good working order, as the Greek Leopard 1A5s have not been overhauled in more than three decades.

The exchange of tanks can take place on the principle of a trilateral agreement, thanks to which Ukraine previously received Greek BMP-1s, and in return, Greece received German Marder 1s.

Greece's total Leopard 1 tank fleet is about 500 vehicles. It consists mainly of Leopard 1A5/GR vehicles.

Водночас, німецький уряд також має право видавати експортні ліцензії на перепродаж, тому очікується, що ідея продати "третій країні" танки, які застрягли на території Італії в розпорядженні швейцарського концерну на цей раз не зустріне опору.

Також Німеччина візьме на себе витрати з повного ремонту на грецьких підприємствах або в будь-якому іншому місці за вибором грецького уряду.

Крім того, на ці бронемашини встановлять сучасні тепловізори, які використовуються на Leopard 2. Танки також отримають додаткову броню.

Єдиною вимогою від Німеччини є передача справних танків, оскільки грецькі Leopard 1A5 за більш ніж три десятиліття жодним чином не проходили капітальний ремонт.

Обмін танків може відбутись за принципом тристоронньої угоди, завдяки якій Україна раніше отримала грецькі БМП-1, натомість Греції передали німецькі Marder 1.
