Shmyhal emphasized that there will be no face-to-face education where there is a threat to children's lives or health.

Новий навчальний рік 2023/2024 стартує в Україні в трьох форматах.

Як повідомив прем'єр-міністр Денис Шмигаль, навчання буде організовано в приміщеннях шкіл, онлайн, або в комбінованому форматі. А в якій саме формі – обиратимуть місцеві органи влади. Рішення будуть ухвалювати з урахуванням загроз воєнного часу в кожній окремій громаді.

Шмигаль підкреслив, що там, де є загроза життю чи здоров’ю дітей, очного навчання не буде.

❗️В Миколаєві розглядають можливість відкриття шкіл та дитсадків, проте першочерговим залишається вирішення питання безпеки.

"Всі ми хочемо, щоб було офлайн навчання, особливо це стосується дитячих садків, тому що людям треба працювати, в тому числі першочергово на нашу перемогу і залишати десь дітей", – каже Кім.

Окрім небезпеки безпосередньо від повітряних атак існує ймовірність тривалих відключень світла, води, опалення, якщо російські війська цієї осені поновлять удари по об'єктах критичної інфраструктури.

Минулого року через відключення світла в школах проводили уроки в світлий проміжок доби, зимові канікули були довшими.

Подібні умови можуть бути і цього року на випадок складної ситуації в енергетиці.
