Investigators established that the suspect is a resident of Druzhkivka, Donetsk region. In July 2022, she was engaged in cooperation by an FSB representative.

She communicated with him through a messenger, and transmitted intelligence in the form of text messages and screenshots from Google Maps, on which she marked Ukrainian objects.

During the detention, the offender's cell phone with evidence of correspondence with a representative of the Russian special service was found.

Based on the collected evidence, the court found the offender guilty under Part 3 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the sending, movement of weapons, armaments and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, relocation or deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine).

The SBU emphasizes the inevitability of punishment for crimes against the state security of Ukraine.

The investigation was conducted by SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

На підставі зібраних доказів суд визнав зловмисницю винною за ч. 3 ст. 114-2 Кримінального кодексу України (несанкціоноване поширення інформації про направлення, переміщення зброї, озброєння та бойових припасів в Україну, рух, переміщення або розміщення ЗСУ).
