Based on the evidence collected by the SBU, another enemy accomplice, who "leaked" locations of the Defense Forces on the eastern front to the Russian Federation, was convicted.

SBU CI officers detained the informer of the Russian special service during counter-sabotage operations in the frontline areas of Donetsk region in January 2023.

The court sentenced her to 10 years in prison based on the materials of the Ukrainian special service.

First of all, the offender tried to identify and pass on to the aggressor the locations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' military equipment near Bakhmut.

Investigators established that the suspect is a resident of Druzhkivka, Donetsk region. In July 2022, she was engaged in cooperation by an FSB representative.

She communicated with him through a messenger, and transmitted intelligence in the form of text messages and screenshots from Google Maps, on which she marked Ukrainian objects.

During the detention, the offender's cell phone with evidence of correspondence with a representative of the Russian special service was found.

Based on the collected evidence, the court found the offender guilty under Part 3 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the sending, movement of weapons, armaments and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, relocation or deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine).

The SBU emphasizes the inevitability of punishment for crimes against the state security of Ukraine.

The investigation was conducted by SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

При затриманні у зловмисниці виявлено мобільний телефон із доказами листування з представником спецслужби рф.

На підставі зібраних доказів суд визнав зловмисницю винною за ч. 3 ст. 114-2 Кримінального кодексу України (несанкціоноване поширення інформації про направлення, переміщення зброї, озброєння та бойових припасів в Україну, рух, переміщення або розміщення ЗСУ).

Служба безпеки наголошує на невідворотності покарання за злочини проти державної безпеки України.
