Based on the collected evidence, 4 persons were served a notice of suspicion under Part 3 Article 28 and Part 5 Article 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized interference with the operation of information and communication systems, electronic communication networks). The offenders face up to 15 years in prison.

The operation was conducted by the SBU and the National Police under the procedural supervision of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

Щоб «заплутати сліди», організатори «бізнесу» використовували підставних осіб з-поміж соціально незахищених верств населення.

Проте українська спецслужба викрила та припинила незаконну діяльність.

На підставі зібраних доказів 4-м фігурантам оголошено про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 28 та ч. 5 ст. 361 Кримінального кодексу України (несанкціоноване втручання в роботу інформаційно-комунікаційних систем, електронних комунікаційних мереж). Зловмисникам загрожує до 15 років позбавлення волі.

Заходи проводили співробітники СБУ та Національної поліції за процесуального керівництва Київської міської прокуратури.
