"My father was, is and will always be a man with a capital M. He was not afraid of death. He is an example of courage and heroism for me. I am very proud of him. For me, he will live forever," said the son of the deceased.

The soldier was buried in the Alley of Heroes at the Yatsevo cemetery in Chernihiv.

«Батько був, є і буде людиною з великої літери. Він не боявся смерті. Він є для мене прикладом мужності та героїзму. Я ним дуже пишаюсь. Для мене він житиме вічно», – розповів син загиблого.

Поховали воїна на Алеї Героїв цвинтаря «Яцево» у Чернігові.

Вдома на Олександра чекали дружина Ольга та син Артур.
