The woman died in the hospital as a result of her injuries.

In court, Oleksandr Cherednyk pleaded guilty. The relatives of the deceased did not ask for a severe punishment for the driver, as he compensated for moral damages.

The judge found Oleksandr Cherednyk guilty of the fatal accident and sentenced him to 5 years in prison. However, the court released the driver from serving the sentence, replacing the imprisonment with a 2-year probationary period. At the same time, the court retained the right to drive vehicles.

ДТП трапилась 13 березня ввечері на вул. Варшавській у Львові. Автомобіль Volkswagen Passat, за кермом його був 61-річний львів’янин Олександр Чередник, їхав у напрямку вул. Замарстинівської й поблизу будинку №40 збив 65-річну жінку, яка переходила дорогу на нерегульованому пішохідному переході. Внаслідок отриманих у ДТП травм жінка померла в лікарні.

У суді Олександр Чередник свою провину визнав. Родичі загиблої не просили для водія суворого покарання, адже він відшкодував моральну шкоду.

Суддя визнав Олександра Чередника винним у смертельній ДТП та призначив 5 років позбавлення волі. Однак суд звільнив водія від відбування покарання, замінивши ув’язнення на 2 роки іспитового терміну. При цьому, суд залишив право керувати транспортом.

4️⃣ За результатами відомчого лабораторного контролю Філії «Інфоксводоканал» ТОВ «Інфокс» питна вода відповідає ДСанПіН 2.2.4-171-10 «Гігієнічні вимоги до води питної, призначеної для споживання людиною».
