39-летний бывший инструктор служб безопасности Олег (имя изменено) приговорен к четырем годам условно за разбой. После выхода из СИЗО он хотел заключить контракт с ЧВК «Вагнер», но инспекторы ФСИН настояли на заключении контракта именно с Минобороны.

По словам Олега, он нашел на портале HeadHunter вакансию от ГБУ «Жилищник района Кузьминки» с возможностью попасть в армию и отправиться на войну, но там не смогли договориться с ФСИНовцами об отправке судимого гражданина на фронт. После этого он обратился в «Московский метрополитен» и в течение суток смог заключить контракт с зарплатой 75 тысяч рублей в месяц и возможностью устроиться в метро слесарем после возвращения.

Сейчас закон запрещает судимым гражданам заключать контракт с Минобороны РФ, они могут служить только по мобилизации. Госдума пока только рассматривает поправки, чтобы снять это ограничение.
