The aggressor was also interested in the locations of Ukrainian military hospitals, ammunition depots, and electronic warfare units.

She passed the information to an enemy "contact" from the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region.

Контррозвідники СБУ затримали зловмисницю у січні поточного року. Нею виявилась мешканка селища Іверське Краматорського району, яку минулого літа спецслужба рф дистанційно залучила до розвідувально-підривної діяльності проти України.

За вказівкою окупантів, вона збирала інформацію про місця дислокації та переміщення українських захисників на Бахмутському і Авдіївському напрямках.

Передусім ворожа інформаторка намагалась виявити бойові позиції артилерії, зенітно-ракетних комплексів та бойових дронів ЗСУ.

Також агресора цікавили локації українських військових шпиталів, складів з боєприпасами та підрозділів радіо-електронної боротьби.

Отримані відомості вона передавала ворожому «зв’язковому» з тимчасово окупованої частини Донеччини.

Комунікацію підтримували через месенджер у «Телеграм», а передачу розвідданих окупантам здійснювала у вигляді текстових повідомлень і скріншотів в «Google Maps» з відмітками українських об’єктів.

Розвідувальну інформацію загарбники використовували для підготовки нових повітряних ударів по регіону.

Під час обшуку у зловмисниці виявлено мобільний телефон із доказами листування з представником російської спецслужби.

На підставі зібраних доказів суд визнав зловмисницю винною за ч. 7 ст. 111-1 Кримінального кодексу України (колабораційна діяльність) та призначив їй покарання у вигляді 12 років тюрми.

Розслідування проводили співробітники СБУ в Донецькій та Луганській областях за процесуального керівництва Донецької обласної прокуратури.

During the searches at the offenders' residences, the SBU found:

▪️ technical means of covertly obtaining information
▪️ bank cards used to receive funds for their "services".

Based on the collected evidence, both detainees were served a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 362 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized actions with information processed in electronic computers, automated systems, computer networks or stored on the carriers of such information, committed by a person who has the right to access it).

Investigative actions are ongoing to bring to justice all persons involved in the illegal actions.

При обшуках за адресами проживання фігурантів виявлено:
▪️ мобільні телефони, сім-картки та комп’ютери із доказами протиправної діяльності;
▪️ технічні засоби негласного отримання інформації;
▪️ банківські картки, через які отримували кошти за свої «послуги».

На підставі зібраних доказів обом затриманим повідомлено про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 362 Кримінального кодексу України (несанкціоновані дії з інформацією, яка оброблюється в електронно-обчислювальних машинах (комп'ютерах), автоматизованих системах, комп'ютерних мережах або зберігається на носіях такої інформації, вчинені особою, яка має право доступу до неї).
