The Security Service of Ukraine detained two more members of an extensive FSB agent network who conducted reconnaissance and subversive activities in the frontline areas of Donetsk region.

Five of their accomplices were detained during counter-sabotage operations of the Ukrainian special service in December 2022 and early spring of this year.

This time, the SBU detained agents who were collecting intelligence on the locations and movements of the Defense Forces units in the Kramatorsk district.

First of all, they were trying to identify the combat positions of HIMARS rocket artillery systems and pass the relevant coordinates to the aggressor.

The SBU officers timely exposed, documented and detained both criminals while they were performing a hostile task.

According to the investigation, the offenders are two residents of Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, who were remotely recruited by Russian special services at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

They maintained communication with the occupiers through their relative, who lives in Moscow and is "in touch" with FSB personnel.

During searches at the detainees' places of residence, cell phones and other material evidence of illegal activity were found.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served both offenders a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

They are currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

The operation was conducted by the SBU Office in Vinnytsia region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Цього разу вдалося затримати агентів, які збирали розвіддані про місця базування та переміщення підрозділів Сил оборони на території Краматорського району.

Передусім вони намагались виявити бойові позиції реактивних артилерійських систем HIMARS та передати відповідні координати агресору.

Співробітники СБУ своєчасно викрили, задокументували злочинні дії і затримали обох зловмисників під час виконання ними ворожого завдання.

За даними слідства, фігурантами є двоє мешканців Донецької та Харківської областей, яких російська спецслужба дистанційно завербувала на початку повномасштабного вторгнення.

Комунікацію з окупантами вони підтримували через свого родича, що проживає у москві та перебуває «на зв’язку» з кадровими співробітниками фсб.

При обшуках за місцями проживання затриманих виявлено мобільні телефони та інші речові докази незаконної діяльності.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили обом фігурантам про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 111 Кримінального кодексу України (державна зрада, вчинена в умовах воєнного стану).

Наразі вони перебувають під вартою. Триває розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин злочину.

Комплексні заходи проводили співробітники СБУ у Вінницькій області за процесуального керівництва обласної прокуратури.

According to an appeal from one of the shareholders (link to the document), it became known that the draft financial plan of Ukrnafta sent to the Cabinet of Ministers was not approved by the Supervisory Board. That is, the data and forecasts in the draft were not verified, nor was the corresponding audit conducted. Most importantly, the Ministry of Defense was not involved in its development and approval.

The new management of Ukrnafta has not yet realized that they are temporarily managing the company under martial law. And its main task is to work to meet the country's military needs. Instead, they decided to spend 27% of the budget on a new design of the filling station network and another 13% on geological exploration... But there is no mention of financing the creation of oil and oil products reserves or planning measures in case of loss of the ability to refine the extracted oil. It should be reminded that the company has been repeatedly hit by missile attacks.

There is also talk within the Cabinet of Ministers that the plan is unreasonable and does not meet military needs. There is dissatisfaction that instead of developing a strategic plan, the current head of Ukrnafta, Koretsky, avoiding the control of the Defense Ministry, is managing the company at his own discretion, almost like an owner of the company.

Зі звернення одного з акціонерів (посилання на документ), стало відомо, що направлений Кабміну проект фінансового плану «Укрнафта» не був затверджений Наглядової Радою. Тобто дані і прогнози в проекті не проходили перевірки, як і не зроблено відповідного аудиту. Та найголовніше, до його розробки і погодження ніяк не залучалось Міністерство оборони.

Нове керівництво «Укрнафта» досі не усвідомило, що вони здійснюють тимчасове управління підприємством в умовах воєнного стану. І основне його завдання – робота на забезпечення військових потреб країни. Натомість 27% бюджету вирішили витратити на новий дизайн мережі АЗС та ще 13% на геологорозвідувальні роботи … Але жодної згадки про фінансування створення резервів нафти та нафтопродуктів чи планування заходів на випадок втрати можливості переробки видобутої нафти. Нагадаємо, що підприємство неодноразово зазнавало ракетних ударів.

Всередині Кабміну також йдуть розмови про те, що план необґрунтований і не відповідає військовим потребам. Є невдоволення, що замість розробки стратегічного плану діючий керівник «Укрнафта» Корецький, уникаючи контролю Міноборони, здійснює управління на свій розсуд, майже як власник підприємства.

Among the customers of the sanctioned products were representatives of the top management of the Kremlin monopoly Gazprom and the propaganda TV channel Russia Today.

It was established that from August 2022 to March 2023, the dealer illegally transported 45 cars to Russian "customers" for a total of more than EUR 3 million.

To carry out the deal, the offender bought premium vehicles in Ukrainian car dealerships and registered them for controlled commercial entities.

Then, using forged documents, he transported them in transit through the territory of the European Union to Belarus and from there to Russia.

In addition, the businessman filed a VAT refund claim with the State Tax Service of Ukraine totaling over UAH 6 million.

SBU officers exposed the fraud and blocked it.

The SBU also seized the property of the participants in the transaction for a total amount of over UAH 700 million.

The list of blocked assets includes corporate rights to 17 companies, more than fifty non-residential production facilities in different regions of Ukraine, including Crimea, 22 apartments in Kyiv and Lviv, almost three dozen land plots and more than 40 luxury cars.

Based on the collected evidence, the organizer of the criminal scheme was served a notice of suspicion under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Для реалізації оборудки фігурант купував преміальні транспортні засоби в українських автосалонах та оформлював їх на підконтрольні комерційні структури.

Потім за підробленими документами він переправляв їх транзитом через територію Євросоюзу до білорусі, а звідти - до росії.

Крім того, ділок подав до Державної податкової служби України заяву на відшкодування ПДВ на загальну суму понад 6 млн грн.

Співробітники Служби безпеки викрили цю оборудку і заблокували її.

Також за поданням СБУ накладено арешт на майно учасників оборудки на загальну суму понад 700 млн грн.

До списку заблокованих активів входять корпоративні права на 17 підприємств, більше ніж півсотні нежитлових виробничих приміщень у різних регіонах України, у тому числі в Криму, 22 квартири у Києві та Львові, майже три десятки земельних ділянок і більше ніж 40 елітних автомобілів.

На підставі зібраних доказів організатору злочинної схеми повідомлено про підозру за трьома статтями Кримінального кодексу України.
