Медицину для украинцев хотят сделать качественной, доступной и без «поборов»

Представители бизнеса и власти начали диалог по корректировке медицинской реформы в Украине в рамках круглого стола, организованного при содействии Американской торговой палаты в Украине.

📌Уже на первой встрече стороны согласились, что:

▫️Государственный и частный сектор здравоохранения должны получить равные возможности для развития, чтобы медицина стала для украинцев доступной и качественной.

▫️Равные условия для конкуренции могут обеспечить добровольное медицинское страхование и сооплата, то есть доплата, которую пациент осуществляет за медицинскую услугу, покрывая разницу между ее ценой и государственным тарифом.

▫️Сооплата поможет реализовать главный принцип, задекларированный в начале реформы здравоохранения – «деньги идут за пациентом», а также ликвидировать проблему теневых платежей в государственных и коммунальных медучреждениях.

▫️Пилотный проект сооплаты могут запустить в одном из украинских городов.
