In addition, the Ministry of Economy has not defined legal measures to settle the legal risks of such a transfer of assets.

Such actions of the Ministry of Economy create conditions for successful appeal of the Government's actions in courts and freezing of the activities of MC Ukrnaftoburinnya, Sirius-1 LLC, Sakhalinske LLC and PJSC Ukrnafta.

Такі дії Мінекономіки створюють умови для успішного оскарження дій Уряду у судах та замороження діяльності як ВК «Укрнафтобуріння», ТОВ «Сіріус-1», ТОВ «Сахалінське» так і ПАТ «Укрнафта».
