At the same time, the regulator does not allow "white" companies to enter the market. We are talking about the Wayforpay system, which is well known to many (400,000 transactions per day) and the Paycell payment service (mobile operator lifecell).
The National Bank does not seem to refuse, but drags out the process in every way. This looks very strange against the background of those already on the relevant register.

It has been established that the Russian general is a member of the highest military command of the Russian Armed Forces and was directly involved in the planning, preparation and execution of armed aggression against Ukraine.

According to the investigation, since 2019, he has organized training of enemy paratroopers in Russia and Belarus to defeat and capture strategic ground targets in our country.

Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served Kontsevy a notice of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ part 3 of Article 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);
▪️ part 2 of Article 28 and part 2 of Article 437 (planning, preparation, unleashing and waging of an aggressive war committed by prior conspiracy).

The sanction of the articles provides for a sentence of up to 15 years in prison.

Comprehensive measures are underway to bring the offender to justice for crimes against Ukraine.

The investigation was conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили Концевому про підозру за двома статтями Кримінального кодексу України:
