🕯Soldier Vladyslav Ohyr, call sign Guru, died on April 2, 2023, while performing a combat mission near the village of Stupochky in Donetsk region. The defender was 39 years old.

Vladyslav was born in the village of Sosnytsia, Chernihiv region. He graduated from the 9th grade of a local school. Then he received a degree in tractor driver, agricultural machinery repairman and driver at Sosnytsia Vocational School #31. After graduation, he did his military service. He returned home and started a family. He lived and worked in his native village. In his free time, he liked to fish.

During the full-scale Russian invasion, the man joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After training, he became a grenade launcher of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade. Together with his comrades, he has been performing combat missions on the front line since the summer of 2022.

"My husband was a very decent, sensitive and kind man. He had many plans for the future. He loved life, valued his family and children. He always came to the rescue in difficult times. And until his last breath, he remained a patriot of his homeland!" said the deceased's wife, Yulia.

The defender was buried in his native village.

Vladyslav is survived by his mother, brothers, wife and children.

Під час повномасштабного російського вторгнення чоловік приєднався до Збройних Сил України. Після проходження навчання став гранатометником 80-ї окремої десантно-штурмової бригади. Разом із побратимами виконував бойові завдання на передовій з літа 2022 року.

«Мій чоловік був дуже порядною, чуйною та доброю людиною. Мав багато планів на майбутнє. Любив життя, цінував сім’ю та дітей. Завжди приходив на допомогу у важкий час. І до останнього подиху залишався патріотом своєї Батьківщини!» – розповіла дружина загиблого Юлія.

Поховали захисника у рідному селищі.

У Владислава залишилися мама, брати, дружина і діти.

On his Facebook page, he called on citizens to join his "association" and create new "communities" to seize state power in Ukraine by force.

The defendant promised his "followers" "positions" in the fake institution.

In addition, in his self-recorded video comments, he regularly repeated Kremlin narratives in which he called Russia's armed aggression a "civil war in Ukraine."

The offender also publicly denied the current constitutional order of Ukraine.

The forensic linguistic examination initiated by the SBU confirmed the facts of the criminal actions.

He was served a notice of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ Part 2, Article 109 (actions aimed at the violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power);
▪️ part 3 of Article 436-2 (justification, recognition of the legitimacy, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The court imposed on him a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention without bail.

The investigation is ongoing to bring to justice all participants in the illegal activity.
The operation was conducted by SBU officers in Poltava region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.
