The offender was an unemployed resident of Sloviansk, who collected intelligence on the deployment of the Defense Forces in the city for the occupiers.

First of all, the suspect tried to identify the places of temporary basing and movement of the Armed Forces and the National Guard units involved in the Bakhmut direction.

In case of receiving intelligence information, the Russian invaders planned to use it to prepare missile attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops.

However, SBU officers detained the enemy informant and thus prevented the transfer of classified information to the aggressor.

According to the investigation, the offender was "in touch" with the "deputy commander of the commandant's regiment of the people's militia of the DNR".

The suspect was going around the area and covertly recording the locations of Ukrainian defenders.

He then transmitted the information through one of the banned Russian social networks.

For helping the occupation groups, the enemy promised his accomplice money and a "high position" if the city was captured.

Based on the collected evidence, SBU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion.

The offender is currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Region Prosecutor's Office.

SBU investigators have collected evidence against another former top official who is hiding from justice in the territory of the aggressor country.

It is Vyacheslav Zanevsky, the former head of security for fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych.

After the capture of Kherson and part of Mykolaiv region, he helped the invaders spread the Kremlin regime and suppress the resistance movement.

According to the investigation, in July last year, Zanevsky was contacted by his son, who was a member of the Russian occupation groups in the temporarily occupied part of southern Ukraine.

Then he asked his father to assist the Russian punitive authorities in identifying local Ukrainian patriots, including ATO participants and veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In response, Zanevsky put his son in touch with two of his acquaintances, the heads of the aggressor's "Ministry of Internal Affairs" and "State Security Service" in the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

They subsequently passed personal data about local residents to the Russian invaders and facilitated the abduction of people.

Zanevsky also advised the military units of the aggressor country on the tactics of warfare against the Defense Forces.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served the suspect a notice of suspicion under Part 1 Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding the aggressor state).

The complex measures to bring him to justice are under way.

The investigation was conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

У відповідь на це Заневський сконтактував сина з двома своїми знайомими – очільниками створених агресором «мвс» і «державної служби безпеки» у тимчасово окупованій Херсонщині.

У подальшому вони передавали російським загарбникам персональні дані про місцевих жителів та сприяли викраденню людей.

Також Заневський консультував військові підрозділи країни-агресора щодо тактики ведення бойових дій проти Сил оборони.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили фігуранту про підозру за ч. 1 ст. 111-2 Кримінального кодексу України (пособництво державі-агресору).

Тривають комплексні заходи для його притягнення до відповідальності.

Розслідування проводили за процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора.

Serhiy was born in the village of Parafiyivka, Chernihiv region. He studied at Parafiyivka secondary school. Then he went to work at a local farm. In 2003-2004, he did his military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Later, he worked at various jobs, including as a milkman.

In 2015-2016, the man participated in the ATO in Donbas. He fought in the 95th separate air assault brigade. Later he returned home and continued to live a civilian life. He lived with his beloved in Chernihiv region, worked at the Irzhavetske enterprise.

During the full-scale Russian invasion in March 2022, Serhii once again stood up to defend Ukraine. This time he joined the National Guard of Ukraine. He served in the 3rd Operational Brigade named after Colonel Petro Bolbochan. He held the position of assistant gunner.

The defender was buried in his native village next to his stepfather Serhii Kurbal, who died in December 2022 in Luhansk region.

Serhiy is survived by his grandmother, mother, brothers, sisters and beloved.

Українцям на неопалювальний, тобто літній сезон, оформлять нові субсидії на оплату послуг ЖКГ. Виплати здійснюватимуться з 1 травня до 1 жовтня.

"Літню" субсидію перепризначили автоматично для більшості субсидіантів, зазначили у Пенсійному фонді. Проте деяким (насамперед новим одержувачам) доведеться подавати документи наново – до 30 травня.

Що для цього потрібно?
⏺звернутися особисто до сервісного центру Пенсійного фонду;
⏺поштою, за адресою органу ПФУ;

Також повторно звернутися по оформлення субсидії мають певні категорії громадян. Це:
⏺внутрішньо переміщені особи (ВПО);
люди, які орендують житло, та оплачують у ньому комунальні послуги;
⏺сім'ї, де фактично у квартирі (будинку) проживає менше осіб, ніж зареєстровано;
⏺у разі оформлення спеціальної субсидії на купівлю зрідженого газу, твердого та рідкого пічного побутового палива.

Взимку виплата в середньому становила до 1600 грн, але нова допомога буде нижчою приблизно на 70%, близько 500 грн. Справа в тому, що розмір субсидії індивідуальний і залежить, серед іншого, від суми комунальних платежів, більшу частку яких займає саме опалення.
