Верховный суд инициировал высказывание недоверия главе суда Всеволоду Князеву, которого поймали на взятке

В заявлении суда говорится, что Верховный суд берет на себя полную ответственность за происходящие в связи с возможными коррупционными действиями отдельных работников.

Судьи отмечают, что за любое коррупционное преступление должно быть понесено наказание и они готовы сотрудничать со следствием.

Заявление поддержали 138 из 142 судей.

В данный момент судьи рассматривают вариант высказывания недоверия. Инициативная группа пошла в отдельный зал для принятия решений, передает журналист Украина Сейчас с места событий.

He was a former law enforcement officer who was dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for corruption in 2009.

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he supported Russia's armed aggression and began to develop a plan to escape to the temporarily occupied Melitopol to join the ranks of the Wagner PMC.

To do this, the offender got in touch with his former traitor colleagues who joined the so-called "Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs" in the temporarily occupied part of the region.

Through them, he was looking for an opportunity to illegally cross the southern front line and then get an "interview" with the leaders of the Wagner group.

At the same time, the offender launched anti-Ukrainian activities in the banned social network Vkontakte.

There he created an online group and "increased" the audience by more than 3.5 thousand subscribers.

In his publications under an assumed name, the defendant actively disseminated posts glorifying the Wagnerites and their leader, Prigozhin.

He also denied Russian missile attacks on Ukrainian cities and called for changes in the state border of Ukraine.

During the searches at the enemy accomplice's residence, the SBU found a mobile phone and computer equipment used in subversive activities.

Based on the collected evidence, the offender was served a notice of suspicion under Part 2, Part 3 Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of Russian armed aggression against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

He is currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Zaporizzhya region under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor's Office.

У своїх публікаціях під вигаданим іменем фігурант активно поширював дописи, в яких героїзував «вагнерівців» та їхнього ватажка – Пригожина.

Також він заперечував російські ракетні удари по українських містах і закликав до зміни меж державного кордону України.

Під час обшуків за місцем проживання ворожого поплічника виявлено мобільний телефон та комп’ютерну техніку, які він використовував у підривній діяльності.

На підставі зібраних доказів зловмиснику повідомлено про підозру за ч. 2, ч. 3 ст. 436-2 (виправдовування, визнання правомірною, заперечення збройної агресії рф проти України, глорифікація її учасників) Кримінального кодексу України.

Наразі він перебуває під вартою. Триває розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин злочину.

Розслідування проводили співробітники СБУ в Запорізькій області за процесуального керівництва обласної прокуратури.

For this, he was appointed to the State Duma Committee on Information Policy.

According to the investigation, on February 15, 2022, he supported a resolution to appeal to the President of the Russian Federation to recognize the "independence" of the occupied districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

And on February 22, the MP voted for the ratification of the "agreement on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance" between the aggressor country and the terrorist organizations of the "l/dnR".

Later, the Kremlin used these decisions as a formal pretext to launch a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Thus, the official contributed to the implementation of Moscow's criminal plan to seize our country.

Based on the evidence collected by the SBU, the court found Tkachov guilty under Part 3 of Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Since the convict is currently in the territory of the Russian Federation, the beginning of the sentence was determined from the date of his actual detention.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU in Ivano-Frankivsk region under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor's Office.

Тим самим посадовець сприяв реалізації злочинного плану москви щодо захоплення нашої держави.

На підставі зібраних Службою безпеки доказів суд визнав Ткачова винним за ч. 3 ст. 110 (посягання на територіальну цілісність і недоторканність України) Кримінального кодексу України і призначив йому 15 років ув’язнення з конфіскацією майна.

Оскільки засуджений наразі перебуває на території рф, то початок строку відбування покарання визначено з дня його фактичного затримання.

Розслідування проводили співробітники СБУ в Івано-Франківській області за процесуального керівництва обласної прокуратури.
