То есть мигалки, по всей видимости, нужны БЭБ не как правоохранительному органу, а как “скорой помощи” (или точнее, службе реанимации). Недолго осталось ждать, пока Денис Шмыгаль инициирует постановление, которым обяжет считать “маски шоу” не запугиванием бизнеса и вымоганием денег, а “профилактическими мероприятиями с целью оздоровления бизнеса”.
 
А если серьезно, кроме полиции, СБУ и машин вооруженных сил, а также пожарных, скорой, службы газа и инкассации мигалки другим органам ни к чему. И практика их раздачи направо и налево (а уж тем более “интеллектуальному органу” БЭБ) - это что-то очень российское. Или Денис Анатольевич решил в таких вещах ровняться на северного соседа?
