In Ukrnafta, apparently, they believe that there will be no Victory without a new design of gas stations...

It turns out that during the war, Ukrnafta invests not in the restoration of a single refinery, not in supplies for the army, not in energy independence. But only in...three dozen gas stations and salaries. But the final "yes" to the financial plan is yet to be said by the Cabinet. Выходит, что во время войны, Укрнафта вкладывается не в восстановление единого перерабатывающего завода, не в поставки для армии, не в энергетическую независимость. А только в…три десятка АЗС и зарплаты. Но финальное «да» финансовому плану еще предстоит сказать Кабмину. Но нужно понимать, что не будет горючего – армия просто остановится. The criminals were two residents of Kramatorsk who were passing the locations of the Defense Forces in the region to the occupiers.

They paid special attention to the locations of the Armed Forces and the State Border Guard Service units in the Bakhmut direction.

SBU officers detained both criminals while they were performing a hostile task.

According to the investigation, one of them collected intelligence and passed it to his accomplice, who administered a pro-Russian Telegram group and was in touch with a militant of the Russian occupation group on the eastern front.

The invaders needed the intelligence to prepare targeted missile strikes on the Kramatorsk district.

During the searches at the suspects' residences, the SBU found mobile phones used to communicate with the aggressor via messenger.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served one of the detainees a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (dissemination of information about the movement, movement or location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, if it is possible to identify them on the ground, committed under martial law).

The actions of the other suspect, the administrator of a pro-Kremlin Internet group, are classified under Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaboration).

They are currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.

The operation was conducted by SBU officers in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

На підставі зібраних доказів слідчі СБУ повідомили одному із затриманих про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 114-2 Кримінального кодексу України (поширення інформації про переміщення, рух або розташування ЗСУ за можливості їх ідентифікації на місцевості, вчинене в умовах воєнного стану).

Дії іншого фігуранта – адміністратора прокремлівської інтернет-групи – кваліфіковано за ч. 7 ст. 111-1 Кримінального кодексу України (колабораційна діяльність).

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and Naftohaz Ukrainy are outraged by attempts by Serhii Koretskyi and Yulia Sviridenko to extend the adoption of Ukrnafta's financial plan for 2023 without making some important comments on it, according to Cabinet of Ministers sources.

The controversial document, publicly criticized by experts, is to be approved today at a meeting of the Government. The Ministry of Economy headed by Yulia Sviridenko plans to submit to the meeting the Minutes of concordance of positions, which states that all remarks of the Ministry of Finance have been taken into account. In fact, according to sources, none of the 12 critical comments of the Ministry of Finance in the final financial plan of Ukrnafta has been corrected or reflected.

In particular, we are talking about significant contradictions in Ukrnafta's financial plan with the Law "On Oil and Gas", the use of unreasonable assumptions regarding the amount of gas production, exorbitant costs for legal and IT services, and much more. But most importantly, the resources of the company seized during martial law must be used exclusively for military needs. And if under the guise of alienation for military purposes, the property is used for other purposes, this violates a number of international treaties!

"In general, the financial plan and the protocol of coordination of positions to it from Sviridenko is pure deceit and profanation, - informs a source from the Cabinet. - Its adoption in this form is clearly impossible, at least, it certainly will not benefit neither Ukrnafta, nor the Defense Ministry, nor the State as a whole. Therefore, the main question arises: in whose interests then all this machination is done and who is behind it?"

Но самое важное – ресурсы изъятого на время военного положения предприятия должны использоваться исключительно для военных нужд. "В общем, финплан и протокол согласования позиций к нему от Свириденко – это чистый обман и профанация, - сообщает источник из Кабмина. – Его принятие в таком виде однозначно невозможно, по крайней мере, это точно не пойдет на пользу ни "Укрнафте", ни Минобороны, ни Государству в целом. Поэтому возникает главный вопрос: в чьих тогда интересах вся эта махинация делается и кто за ней стоит?"
