SBU officers exposed the offender as a result of complex measures in April this year.

Based on the SBU materials, the High Council of Justice decided to remove the suspect from her position. The court imposed on her a measure of restraint in the form of detention without bail.

It should be reminded that the official, on her own initiative, came forward to the Russian secret service at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia.

At the time, she was in Berdiansk, where she worked as a judge in the city district court.

It has been established that at the end of March last year, she passed on information to the occupiers about the movement of three fighters of the Azov special forces unit from Mariupol to the Mangush area.

The traitor also called on other court employees to support the Russian occupiers and cooperate with them.

Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators served the suspect a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).

The investigative actions are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Zaporizzhya region under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

Taking into account his cooperation with the investigation, the court sentenced him to 8 years in prison with a 10-year disqualification from holding any position in law enforcement and confiscation of his property.

According to the investigation, the perpetrator is a former official of the Northern Correctional Colony (No. 90) in Kherson, who collaborated with the enemy after the city was seized.

For this, he was offered a "position" in the ranks of the "correctional institution" created by the aggressor.

The offender agreed to the "offer" and voluntarily wrote an "application" to join the occupation body.

There he was assigned to the security unit of a Russian regime facility, to which the Nazis illegally brought repressed local residents.

Most of the victims were members of the resistance movement.

In the prisons, the occupiers tortured Ukrainian citizens and tried to "beat" them into agreeing to cooperate with the enemy.

At the same time, the collaborator himself helped the aggressor guard the "cells" and the "perimeter" of the Russian torture chamber.

Based on the materials received, the court found the offender guilty under Part 7 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaboration).

The investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Odesa region under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Зловмисник погодився на «пропозицію» і добровільно написав «заяву» на вступ до окупаційного органу.

Там його призначили до складу підрозділу охорони російського режимного об’єкта, до якого рашисти незаконно звозили репресованих місцевих жителів.

Більшість з потерпілих були учасниками руху опору.

У застінках окупанти катували українських громадян і намагалися «вибити» з них згоду на співпрацю з ворогом.

При цьому сам колаборант допомагав агресору охороняти «камери» та «периметр» російської катівні.

На підставі отриманих матеріалів суд визнав зловмисника винним за ч. 7 ст. 111-1 Кримінального кодексу Україну (колабораційна діяльність).

І дуже багато подібних ситуацій просто лишаються за межами відеозйомки.
