The Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General's Office have collected a large-scale evidence base on 170 senators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation who facilitated the temporary occupation of parts of eastern and southern regions of Ukraine.

In February 2022, all of them supported the ratification of the "Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance" between the aggressor country and the "l/dnR" terrorist organizations.

The officials also unanimously supported the Russian President's appeal to use the Russian Armed Forces outside the country.

In this way, the senators contributed to the implementation of Moscow's plan to wage an aggressive war against our country.

In addition, in October last year, they ratified the "agreements on accession" of the temporarily occupied districts of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions to the Russian Federation.
