He also discredited the top military and political leadership and the Defense Forces of our country.

It is documented that last spring he personally filmed provocative videos in which he tried to capture the faces of Ukrainian defenders and insulted them.

He published his "streams" on two of his own channels on YouTube and Telegram with a total audience of almost 300 thousand subscribers.

In addition, in his comments, he denied the facts of Russian missile attacks on Ukrainian cities and mass murders of civilians by racists.

During the searches at the defendant's residence, the law enforcement officers found mobile phones and a computer with evidence of illegal activity.

The SBU-initiated examinations confirmed the facts of the foreign blogger's criminal actions.

SBU investigators have served him a notice of suspicion under Art. 2 and 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (production and dissemination of materials justifying Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, committed repeatedly).

The court imposed a custody as a measure of restraint. The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

The operation was conducted by the SBU Office in Kharkiv region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Також він займався дискредитацією вищого військово-політичного керівництва та Сил оборони нашої держави.

Задокументовано, що навесні минулого року він особисто знімав провокативні відео, в яких намагався фіксувати обличчя українських захисників та ображав їх.

Свої «стріми» публікував на двох власних каналах в Ютуб і Телеграм із загальною аудиторією майже 300 тис. підписників.

Крім того, у своїх коментарях він заперечував факти російських ракетних ударів по українських містах та масових вбивств рашистами мирних людей.

Під час обшуків за адресою проживання фігуранта виявлено мобільні телефони та комп’ютер із доказами незаконної діяльності.

Ініційовані СБУ експертизи підтвердили факти злочинних дій іноземного блогера.

Наразі слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили йому про підозру за чч. 2 і 3 ст. 436-2 Кримінального кодексу України (виготовлення та поширення матеріалів, у яких міститься виправдовування збройної агресії рф проти України, вчинене повторно).

Суд обрав міру запобіжного заходу ˗ тримання під вартою. Триває розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин злочину.

Комплексні заходи проводили співробітники СБУ в Харківській області за процесуального керівництва обласної прокуратури.
