Thus, they recognized the Kremlin's agreements on the "accession" of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to Russia as "legal".

At that time, the Constitutional Court of Russia consisted of 10 active judges, including the chairman of this institution. Thus, the full composition of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, which supported this decision, will be responsible for crimes against Ukraine.

Based on the evidence gathered, SBU investigators served the Russian judges with a notice of suspicion under Part 5 of Article 27 and Part 3 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding and abetting the encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine).

The offenders face up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Comprehensive measures to bring the perpetrators to justice for crimes against Ukraine are underway.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

Зловмисникам загрожує покарання до 15 років ув’язнення або довічне позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.

It is documented that with his assistance, several million hryvnia equivalent were smuggled across the border.

In exchange for a bribe, the official promised the dealers unimpeded currency "traffic" without going into the origin of the cash.

SBU officers detained the offender while he was receiving an illegal benefit for "passing" a batch of undeclared money.

The official was served a notice of suspicion under Part 3 Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an unlawful benefit by an official).

The offender was chosen a custody as a measure of restraint. Investigative actions are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime, in particular, the involvement of other customs officers is being checked.

We remind that since the beginning of this year, this is the fourth corruption scheme that the SBU has eliminated at Odesa Customs.

The operation was conducted by SBU officers in Odesa region jointly with the National Police under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Зловмиснику обрано запобіжний захід у виді тримання під вартою. Тривають слідчі дії для встановлення всіх обставин злочину, зокрема перевіряється причетність до цього інших працівників митниці.

Нагадаємо, що з початку цього року це вже четверта корупційна схема, яку Служба безпеки ліквідувала на Одеській митниці.
