During the investigation, the SBU established the involvement of the high-ranking official in obstructing the legitimate activities of the Defense Forces in favor of the aggressor country.

According to the investigation, in April last year, he received an order from representatives of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine to transfer an MI-2 helicopter to the agency for a fee to perform combat missions at the front.

However, the head of the industrial giant deliberately blocked the fulfillment of the relevant state order.

To do this, he instructed his subordinates to disassemble the aircraft into parts and hide its operational documentation.

Following the order of the high-ranking official, the plant's employees removed the blades and disabled the helicopter's mechanisms responsible for the operation of the main rotor.

The president of Motor Sich JSC was additionally served a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy).

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.

As a reminder, the suspect was detained by the SBU in October 2022 together with the head of the company's Foreign Economic Activity Department.

The operation was conducted by the SBU Main Investigation Department and the SBU Counterintelligence Department under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

After that, they begin to humiliate her, and in the end, they shoot the car. At the same time, the men demand that she speak Ukrainian, not the "pig language." The video was taken from the "victim's" dashcam.

This clip was distributed by almost all Kremlin Z-channels. Even the Russian Foreign Ministry published it on its page.

However, this "masterpiece" was exposed before it could be shared online. Fact-checkers and the OSINT community managed to establish that:

First, the car in the video is actually Russian.

Secondly, the geolocation helped to identify the location of the shooting. It was the outskirts of Russia-occupied Makiivka, Donetsk region.

Russian propagandists began to delete the video and admitted that it was a "bad production."

It is more appropriate to call a country that is at war with the whole world using such methods a "bad decision".

Вчора соцмережами почали розповсюджувати відео, на якому нібито солдати ЗСУ зупиняють машину з жінкою та її дитиною за те, що та “обігнала військову колону на трасі”. Після цього вони починають її принижувати, а в кінці розстрілюють машину. При цьому чоловіки вимагають розмовляти українською, а не “свинячою мовою”. Відео знято з відеореєстратора “потерпілої”.

Цей кліп розповсюдили майже все кремлівські Z-канали. Його опублікувало на своїй сторінці навіть російське МЗС.

Але цей “шедевр” викрили швидше, ніж він розійшовся мережею. Фактчекерам та OSINT-спільноті вдалося встановити, що:

По-перше, авто, зняте на відео, насправді російське.

По-друге, за геолокацією вдалося встановити місце зйомки. Ним виявилися околиці окупованої росією Макіївки, Донецької області.
