According to SBU counterintelligence, the offender "handed over" to the Nazi punitive units the locations of resistance members and their families.

First of all, the enemy was interested in the addresses of the homes of Ukrainian fighters who had previously participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.

For his "loyalty", he received a "special status" from the leadership of the local occupation administration, which provided permission to loot and move freely in the area.

He had to give part of the loot to the Russian occupiers.

After the liberation of Kherson, the offender fled to Vinnytsia region under the guise of an IDP.

There, he settled in one of the villages bordering on unrecognized Transnistria and looked for "options" to illegally leave Ukraine.

However, SBU CI officers established the suspect's whereabouts and detained him in a timely manner.

The SBU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion under Part 1 Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding the aggressor state).

The court chose custody as a measure of restraint.

The investigation is ongoing. The offender faces up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.

The operation was conducted by the SBU officers in Vinnytsia region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Втім, контррозвідники СБУ встановили місцезнаходження фігуранта і своєчасно затримали його.

Слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили затриманому про підозру за ч. 1 ст. 111-2 Кримінального кодексу України (пособництво державі-агресору).

Судом обрано міру запобіжного заходу у виді тримання під вартою.

Триває розслідування. Зловмиснику загрожує до 12 років тюрми з конфіскацією майна.

Ділки намагалися приховано провезти ці кошти до Чернівецької області через пункт пропуску «Порубне». При цьому частину готівки заховали у валізи, а частину – примотали собі до тіла.

За попередньою інформацією, ці гроші були викрадені з тимчасово окупованих територій України.

У подальшому здобуті злочинним шляхом кошти вивозили до однієї з країн Близького Сходу, а потім через європейські країни до митного кордону нашої держави.

Ділки намагались завезти готівку у Чернівецьку область під виглядом туристів на рейсовому автобусі.

Наразі за матеріалами СБУ на вилучені кошти накладено арешт.

Вивчається версія, що незаконно ввезені гроші могли призначатися для фінансування російської агентури в Україні.

Також у співпраці з Державною службою фінансового моніторингу України відстежуються всі маршрути нелегального каналу та причетні до цього особи. Частину коштів, які були вилучені у «транзитній» країні ЄС раніше, зараз заблоковано. Вирішується питання щодо їх стягнення на користь України.

Досудове розслідування триває, вживаються комплексні заходи для притягнення до відповідальності всіх учасників схеми. СБУ наголошує на невідворотності покарання за злочини проти національної безпеки України.

Заходи проводили за процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора та у взаємодії з Державною службою фінансового моніторингу України.
