At the end of the Commission meeting, First Deputy Head Gennadiy Timchenko emphasized that the problem of the Kakhovka reservoir is already being considered at the state level. In turn, local governments should establish specialized commissions in communities, determine whether there is a material and technical base for the disposal of dead water resources and arrange special burial sites on the territories, if there are none.

Своєю чергою, органи місцевого самоврядування мають створити в громадах профільні комісії, визначити, чи є матеріально-технічна база для утилізації загиблих водних біоресурсів та облаштувати на територіях спеціальні місця для захоронення, якщо такі відсутні.
