С 1 января владельцы земельных паев сельскохоз назначения должны уплачивать минимальное налоговое обязательство (МНО) за каждый гектар сельскохоз земли.

▪️число месяцев, в которые она используется.

При этом подчеркивается: если для конкретного участка нормативная денежная оценка не производилась, то для него будет применяться показатель по области.

Однако поскольку в разных регионах страны он отличается, разным будет и минимальный уровень земельного налога.

На землю, сдающуюся в аренду МНО оплачивает арендатор, а не собственник.

Примечательно, что уплачивать налог обязаны не все собственники и пользователи земли – только те, у кого размер участка составляет 0,5 гектара и больше.

Это касается земли расположенной:

▫️как за пределами населенных пунктов;
▫️так и в их пределах.

Собственники же земельных участков в населенных пунктах или дачных (садовых) кооперативах от уплаты МНО освобождаются.

Также налог платить не будут те физлица, которые не получат соответствующего налогового уведомления в положенные сроки от органа контроля.
