NIB reminds an algorithm of actions:
1️⃣ Collect and report data about the deported child and the circumstances of such events: The child's name, date of birth, place of residence; where the child was forcibly removed from and under what circumstances; whether the child was with parents or accompanied by other persons; the child's last known whereabouts or current location; the child's special features; contacts of the child's parents or relatives, as well as the person who reported the deportation.

3️⃣ If there is a photo of the child, photo/video confirmation of the child's deportation - immediately notify the NIB by e-mail: [email protected] or by filling out the appropriate form on the website.

If you are contacted by persons accompanying the child (parents, relatives) - advise them to contact the diplomatic missions of partner countries or Ukraine (if they work in the host country), international missions such as the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), UNICEF, the International Committee of the Red Cross, UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency).

The SBU officers detained the criminal on his attempt to disseminate information in favor of the aggressor country. A mobile phone with evidence of criminal actions was found on the detainee's person.

The issue of bringing the offender to criminal responsibility under Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on sending, movement of weapons, armaments and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, movement or deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed under martial law) is being settled.

Співробітники СБУ затримали зловмисника на спробі чергового поширення інформації на користь країни-агресора. У затриманого виявлено мобільний телефон із доказами злочинних дій.

Наразі вирішується питання щодо притягнення фігуранта до кримінальної відповідальності за ст. 114-2 (несанкціоноване поширення інформації про направлення, переміщення зброї, озброєння та бойових припасів в Україну, рух, переміщення або розміщення Збройних Сил України чи інших утворених відповідно до законів України військових формувань, вчинене в умовах воєнного стану) Кримінального кодексу України.

Санкція статті передбачає покарання до 12 років ув’язнення.
