Постоянный представитель РФ при ООН Ебензя Небензя вдруг вспомнил о нормах права, назвав «юридически ничтожным» проект резолюции о репарациях Украине, который сегодня приняла Генассамблея ООН

Заканчивая «мысль», Небензя скатился к угрозам, что принятие подобной резолюции повлечет последствия, которые могут вернуться бумерангом. Но пока таким «бумерангом» для России стали их юридически ничтожные референдумы и захватническая война, которая уже оборачивается крахом для российской преступной власти.

Юридическая составляющая проектов ООН для Небензи теперь является основополагающей, так как принятое решение ООН означает, что Россию могут привлечь к ответственности за войну в Украине. Среди проголосовавших за проект - 94 страны, а против - 14, среди которых - Россия, Беларусь, Сирия, Иран, Зимбабве, Куба, Эритрея и Китай.

С такой малочисленной поддержкой у РФ мало шансов противостоять созданию конкретного механизма возмещения ущерба и только юридическое торможение процесса выплат может замедлить превращение денег РФ в оружие для Украины, которое поможет выбить оккупантов из страны.
