This was stated by the SBU spokesman Artem Dekhtyarenko at the briefing of the representatives of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

"According to the SBU materials, about 420 people against whom our investigators have collected evidence of collaboration and treason will soon receive court sentences. Depending on the degree of guilt, they will have to spend up to 15 years behind bars or get life imprisonment," said Dekhtyarenko.

According to him, since February 24, the SBU investigators have conducted pre-trial investigations in more than 32 thousand criminal proceedings under all investigative articles.
Most of them concern the occupants' atrocities and violations of the laws and customs of war.

"If we count it in days, the SBU investigators open 160 new criminal proceedings every day. That is, every hour the special service exposes at least 6 crimes against Ukraine. This figure speaks for itself," added the SBU spokesman.

In addition, the Security Service has lists, identification data and all the necessary information on each collaborator.

"The SBU reminds that crimes against the foundations of national statehood have no statute of limitations, so everyone guilty will sooner or later be brought to justice," Artem Dekhtyarenko summed up.

Більша частина з них стосується звірств окупантів і порушень законів та звичаїв війни.

«Якщо перерахувати це на дні, то щодня слідчі СБУ відкривають по 160 нових кримінальних проваджень. Тобто щогодини спецслужба викриває щонайменше 6 злочинів проти України. Ця цифра говорить сама за себе», - додав речник СБУ.

Крім того, Служба безпеки має у своєму розпорядженні списки, установчі дані та всю необхідну інформацію на кожного колаборанта.

«СБУ нагадує, що злочини проти основ національної державності не мають строку давності, тому кожен винний рано чи пізно відповідатиме за законом», - резюмував Артем Дехтяренко.

According to the intercepted documents of the aggressor country, it is the units of the Russian Guard and the military police of the Russian Federation that should provide "protection" of pseudo-voting. Collaborators from the occupation administrations and private security structures controlled by the Russian special services were sent to "help" them.

In addition, the SBU collected identification data on all organizers of illegal activities, established their locations and routes, as well as documented criminal actions.

In the framework of criminal proceedings initiated by the SBU investigators on:

Forwarded from Security Service of Ukraine SBU identifies over 4 thousand people, whom aggressor plans to involve in pseudo-referendums in occupied regions of Ukraine

As a result of multi-stage operative actions, the SBU jointly with the Prosecutor General's Office identified the main organizers and participants of the preparation of fake referendums in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Over 4 thousand representatives of hostile groups, traitors and collaborators, who are planned to be involved in the organization of illegal plebiscites in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizzhya regions, have been identified.

Among them are Russian security forces, their henchmen from the local "Ministry of Internal Affairs" formed by the occupiers and heads of the so-called "territorial election commissions".

According to the intercepted documents of the aggressor country, it is the units of the Russian Guard and the military police of the Russian Federation that should provide "protection" of pseudo-voting. Collaborators from the occupation administrations and private security structures controlled by the Russian special services were sent to "help" them.

In addition, the SBU collected identification data on all organizers of illegal activities, established their locations and routes, as well as documented criminal actions.

In the framework of criminal proceedings initiated by the SBU investigators on:
▪️ч. 2 Art. 28, Part 5 Art. 111-1 (collaboration),
▪️ч. 2 Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, comprehensive measures are being taken to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The SBU emphasizes the inevitability of punishment for crimes against the state security of Ukraine.

В результаті багатоетапних оперативних дій Служба безпеки спільно з Офісом Генерального прокурора встановили особи основних організаторів та учасників підготовки фейкових референдумів на тимчасово окупованих територіях України.

Наразі ідентифіковано понад 4 тис. представників ворожих угруповань, зрадників і колаборантів, яких планують залучити до організації незаконних плебісцитів на території Луганської, Донецької, Херсонської та Запорізької областей.

Серед них – російські силовики, їх поплічники з утворених окупантами місцевих «мвд» та очільники так званих «тєріторіальних ізбіратєльних комісій».

Згідно з перехопленими документами країни-агресора саме підрозділи росгвардії та воєнної поліції зс рф мають забезпечувати «охорону» псевдоголосувань. Їм на «допомогу» направлено колаборантів з окупаційних адміністрацій і приватних охоронних структур, підконтрольних спецслужбам рф.

Крім того, Служба безпеки зібрала установчі дані на всіх організаторів незаконної діяльності, встановила місця їх перебування та маршрути руху, а також задокументувала злочинні дії.

У межах кримінальних проваджень, розпочатих слідчими СБУ за:
▪️ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 5 ст. 111-1 (колабораційна діяльність),
▪️ч. 2 ст. 110 (посягання на територіальну цілісність і недоторканність України) Кримінального кодексу України тривають комплексні заходи для притягнення до відповідальності винних осіб.

Служба безпеки наголошує на невідворотності покарання за злочини проти державної безпеки України.
