За матеріалами СБУ суд визнав агента винним за двома статтями Кримінального кодексу України:

Внаслідок збройного злочину від рук російських загарбників загинули три людини. Одну жінку з осколковими пораненнями доставлено до медичного закладу.

За фактами збройних злочинів співробітники поліції передали зібрані матеріали до УСБУ в Запорізькій області для відкриття кримінальних проваджень за ст. 438 Кримінального кодексу України «Порушення законів та звичаїв війни».
