▪️ propaganda of war, violence in the context of military aggression of Russia.

This decision was made today in the framework of the SBU response to threats to national security and on the basis of the Presidential Decree and the NSDC decision.

The reasons for the ban of the party were the SBU materials on the involvement of the leader and leading functionaries of the "Party of Shariy" in the

▪️ destabilization of the socio-political situation in Ukraine;
▪️ spreading anti-Ukrainian propaganda on changing the constitutional order by force, violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine;
▪️ undermining state security;
▪️ propaganda of war, violence in the context of military aggression of Russia.

In May, pro-Russian blogger Anatoliy Shariy was detained in Spain, whom the SBU suspects of treason, in particular, of committing crimes under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

▪️ Art. 111 (high treason)
▪️ Art. 161 (violation of equality of citizens based on their race, nationality, religious beliefs, disability and other grounds).

Based on the materials of this proceeding, the issue of extradition of Shariy to Ukraine was initiated.

According to the SBU investigators, he carried out illegal activities to the detriment of the national security of Ukraine in the information sphere. There is reason to believe that Anatoliy Shariy acted on the order of Russian structures.

– Наші військові успішно відбили атаки ворога в районах Долини, Соледару, Новобахмутівки, Кодеми, Зайцевого, Авдіївки, Мар’їнки та Любомирівки.

– Авіація ЗСУ здійснила понад вісім ударів, завдяки яким знищила бойову техніку, засоби ППО та значну кількість живої сили в опорних пунктах на Донецькому та Південнобузькому напрямках.

– Підрозділи ППО на різних напрямках знищили вертоліт, БпЛА та п’ять крилатих ракет.

– Ракетні війська та артилерія знищили три об’єкти зосередження живої сили окупантів, техніку радіоелектронної розвідки та боротьби, станції зв’язку, понтонну та паромну переправи, вісім складів боєприпасів.
